trying to try this restaurant for a while there’s one in my area, but we went on the bright line to Aventura mall a real game changer love the bright night, and there was a carrot Xpress, so I sat down and got myself a little something I must say, I had the sweet potato. It usually comes with some toppings, but I wasn’t in the mood for any toppings. It was delicious. They have some really interesting food carrot cake looks delicious The staff was very nice. and I can’t wait to try something else in that restaurant again but I’ll be doing it in Boca.they have many locations in Florida

Better than Juice & Java AND Pura Vida! Juice and Java’s quality has really gone downhill lately. Pura Vida is great but it’s too hot with the doors open & has an obscenely long line. Carrot Express next to Bloomingdales has a gigantic seating area so I can always get a great seat! I’ve had several dishes, all which are amazing, my favorite being the miso salmon bowl with dreamy butternut squash! I love their cilantro lime dressing which reminds me of old school juice & Java (before they ruined it) & Pura vida dressing. The only thing I’d recommend against is their veggie burger, which is very starchy. Also you have to try the stevia sweetened mangosteen tea. It doesn’t have that awful stevia flavor!

Sadly, the Aventura mall location has fallen apart. Everyone is behind the counter talking, the dining area is literally a hot mess with multiple tables filled with dirty dishes. I’ve been sitting and eating for over 20 minutes and no cleanup. No one wants to eat in a mess, everyone is talking about it.

I really loved this place! I’m here 5 times a week, come with friends and family. Loved their açaí bowls. But it’s a second time just in one week I got defrosted bowls! I know it’s made from frozen purée, but fruits and berries always are fresh!!! When you know how it supposed to look you can understand it – the portion looks like a half of regular, because it was frozen and melted, and all fruits and berries are frozen!!!!

Poke bowl portions are half of that of regular locations. It was jarring and I felt cheated. I eat at the Miami Shores and Midtown locations. I was excited to have eat during my lunch break here at the mall. But I will not be returning to this location. It’s 20 dollars. I don’t want to eat it in the 3 bites.
