I came to this place because I tasted a lil piece of their carrot cake and I had to come here to get my own. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. A bit too cold for my taste but everyone else seems to enjoy the atmosphere. I order the salmon wrap and a slice of carrot cake and both were extremely delicious. The salmon on the wrap was cooked to perfection and it was so flavorful. And the cake was moist and super delicious as I write this I’m craving a slice. Hurry and get yourself some carrot express you will thank me for this.

My fiancée and I just went to this location and were so disappointed — nothing like Miami experiences. We ordered two smoothies that were undrinkable. I asked for mine without protein because it’s not gluten free but they still charged $2 for it. The bigger problem was that my smoothie was nothing more than blended ice and almond milk — almost no almond butter and none of the other ingredients such as banana and strawberry. Even a tiny bit of banana or strawberry can be tasted in a smoothie and I didn’t detect any.— it was even almond milk color. I asked the staff what happened and they had no options — no training in customer service. We didn’t drink even a little — total waste of $25. Will never go back. The Seed coffee shop across the train tracks on Palmetto has MUCH BETTER smoothies & service — recommend going there instead.

A smoothie costs $14, even though the ingredients used are valued at around $3. They’re praised for avoiding the use of seed oils in their cooking. However, the high pricing is making nutritious food less affordable, and inaccessible. An embarrassment to the food industry
