After a while of waiting in line to order (I was the only one in the line), the cashier approached me. I said “Good morning, trying to be friendly”, and my wife did the same. The cashier ignored us, pressed some buttons on the computer, and looked at us with the face of “Tell me your order”. She said nothing. I told her what I wanted, and my wife the same. She hit the payment button, pointed us to how to pay, and walked away, even before we finish the payment. That was it, hospitality at the highest level, right? I wanted to ask for a refund and go to another place. Maybe I will do it next time.

Super clean, light, bright, attractive menu items for clean eating – it’s a feel-good place to walk into for nourishment. We ordered smoothies that were simply made with fresh fruits and honey, and they were so good! I wish there was a Carrot Express closer to home for me; I’d be going there all the time!

Fresh food ingredients, so that’s not horrible, but the staff here are just doing a job and not particularly service oriented. I ended up putting 1 star because 0 didn’t really have an option. Just be diligent about what you order and do your own homework if you are looking for something specific diet-wise. Washrooms are “out of service” and they couldn’t share any current plans to get them working, so plan that ahead, too, if you’re dining in. Maybe there are public facilities to use in the area.

This place is pricey but the food is so good that I don’t mind paying. I highly recommend the salmon dish and the beyond burger bowl. I really liked the piña colada smoothie too. Sit outside if you can, it’s a nice environment. The place has tons of seating so bring your friends and family and enjoy a healthy meal!

I usually order from Uber eats since there’s no carrot express close to my house yet there is by my job. I love the chicken sandwich it’s absolutely amazing and the 4 oz flu shot, awesome. You could tell they put a lot of care and quality into their food which I appreciate.
