Think of a delicious dinner in your friends back yard with a creek meandering in the background. Wake up your taste buds with the Kimchi salsa and chips and fill up on fried rice and an intriguing variety of soft Korean style tacos. Don’t miss a small gift shop area featuring wood craft items on your way out. Creative cooking and an attentive staff make Cart and Seoul well worth the short drive to an excellent culinary adventure.

Stopped tonight and got to try a sampler of 4 items. Three tacos and a potato side. My favorite was definitely the spicy K.F.C (Korean Fire Chicken) definitely not too spicy, but all were great. The pork belly was a close number two. The food was very fast and very tasty, the staff was also very friendly. Make the drive and you won’t be disappointed.

Cart & Seoul is a welcome addition to the Chattanooga Valley. Centered around but not limited to Korean BBQ tacos, there’s always a unique special, side item or new addition to the menu to keep things interesting. Our toddler loves the maple potatoes. While the location is unassuming from the road, the interior is modern and clean, and the view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the patio is a nice addition. Plenty of room for the youngsters to run around as well. It’s a short, straight shot down 193 from Saint Elmo and just around the corner from neighborhoods in Flintstone.

Really great tasting food, Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. There is a corner of local stuff for sale. They are hosting a Flintstone Market with food trucks, live music, vendors so keep this on your radar.

The lady was SO kind and friendly. My daughter and I went for lunch. She let her play with a toy truck and helped guide us with the menu options. We left with a full tummy and feeling happy. The food was amazing. Even my 3 year old said.. “that lady was SO nice mommy and that guy and lady made yummy tacos!” I must agree!

Order the pulled pork tacos during Chattanooga’s Oktoberfest and was surprised at the tiny proportions that I received for $13. When I asked if I could get a little more a guy in the cart said sure. Then he got out, gave me my $13 back and told me to never come back. Not a problem. If they are going to charge $13 for joke proportions and then act childish when asked about them then I would be happy to never interact with this business again. I would hope that any credible business can handle criticism appropriately. Obviously Cart and Seoul can not.

Not a fan, tacos where “ok” and the sides where not very good at all. The chips were burnt and cold. I really wanted to like the place but with two saple platters that contained pretty much all that was offered on the menu, chips with salsa and expensive bottled drinks at $40 for two people to eat. The lady that served us was very nice and the location is pretty awesome. The price and what is offered will need to be changed before I go back.

Love the concept but shocked by the price / portion sizes. $14 dollars for four tiny tacos not filled up or a mix and match with sides is pretty steep ! Sides were not authentic Korean but I get that it’s a fusion – any good concept has to be backed with good execution and pricing. Not quite there yet for me. Even my two year old complained and fought for her share of our miserable meal. They even made us pay for water Won’t be back !
