Carters has always been my go to for a good burger. I went last Sunday (08/27/2023) and my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. I started to get sick on Sunday night and had terrible bowel movements. I first thought it was just a stomach virus, but my girlfriend mentioned that it tasted a little off which I agreed with. If I were you I would never go back ever again. This is a very disappointing occurrence because Carters was my favorite. Great service, but the food was fishy.

Very solid choice for burger and fries (and Blue Bell for desert!) Always good, always friendly service and always clean. They have a sign in the seating area that says they clean with bleach every day ending in ‘y’. As a bit of a clean freak and someone that has had food poisoning a few times…I really appreciate that!

Carter’s Burger is awesome but this review is for Aaliyah ( sorry if I misspelled ). She was the young lady working the front counter this Saturday evening and when I say this girl was on top of her stuff I mean it!!! She had a line full of people, orders waiting behind her to serve to customers and people needing refills, ketchup, etc yet she helped everyone with a smile and amazing customer service. Usually when I go to Carter’s Burger there is a long wait even if there is no customers but Aaliyah was ensuring everyone was served in a timely manner despite her needing to complete multiple tasks at once. Carter’s Burger is lucky to have her!! She deserves a raise, promotion, and/or bonus. That’s definitely the next manager or better yet a future business owner!

Nice little burger place. Burgers are pretty good. Staff were nice but they restaurant kept running out of everything. First they had no fries, then said that they had no sweet potato fries but they made up for it which was nice. The ice cream Sunday is HUGE! Great for sharing. Everything here is pretty good but just felt like everything was very rushed and panicked about running out of ingredients.

Burgers are everywhere. With so many fast food restaurants selling burgers, most of the American population is within minutes of a dining establishment that sells burgers. They are the all- American food and another thing I like about burgers is that they are one of the few foods that everyone in my family can agree to eat when we dine out. These facts were enough to convince me to try Carter’s Burger in Bryan, Texas.

Went in today when there was only a couple customers, waited an 1hr to get a burger combo. Idk if Carters Burger was bought out or just new hires are the slowest cooks imaginable but that’s ridiculous. One employee left in the middle of oncoming rush saying “call me if it gets busy” to another employee while it was being rushed in by several customers…lazy doesn’t begin to explain that indifference to the job.

I had the chicken tender basket….. The tater tots seem they were fried in burnt oil. I love y’alls burgers. Chicken tasted the same. Burnt! Awesome staff great atmosphere.

Second time ordering food here to give them another chance, but was let down once again. First interaction the young girls working just looked at you and didn’t even say anything. No help. Ordering on the phone was a nightmare, we could barely hear the girl taking our order because there was a loud conversation of the girls working in the background…. The girl taking our order was distracted by her coworkers conversation which led to a messed up order. Staff is not self aware and need to work on being better and customer oriented. Will let everyone know about how poorly the staff is here and do not recommend spending money here. Whataburger has better customer service.
