My family and I went to Caruso’s after church, for the first time. First, the decor is beautiful including the penny topped tables. It’s simple but elegant. Our waiter, Julian was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I ordered the eggplant rollatini and it was great. It was stuffed with ricotta and spinach. It was the right amount of flavor that wasn’t overpowering or too little. I had the potato and bacon soup which was also good. We will definitely visit again.

At least once per week we order a pizza & fries as dine-in. Food is consistently great, both taste & temperature. Love the crunchy crust on the pizza!

We have been ordering here for years & today was a horrible experience. My mom picked up our online order that I placed & the woman at the drive thru window was miserable & rude. She was demanding an order # which we never have had to provide before. She made a huge deal about it for when it’s a “Friday” night & busy. It’s a Thursday, not a Friday. The order was placed around 4:50 pm and my mom got there at 5:20 & was told it be an extra 10 minutes but it was actually 25. Everyone that pulled in after her got their food so I believe this woman was doing purposely. Definitely recommend someone else for the drive thru.

Went during lunch and they can get busy but my server was on top of everything!! She was so nice and friendly! Had 2 slices of cheese pizza and it was ok a little bland. Sauce didn’t have a lot of flavor. And a special cheesteak with house made soft rolls ” pizza dough in roll form” was not a good choice. The roll had to flavor and could not hold up to the sandwich. It slip and fell apart. Go with the Philly roll! Overall good but I would try other things but would come back.

initially called in because I’m not from the area. lady on the phone gave lots of attitude. I was literally the first person through their door at 11 a.m. my order was placed by 11:02 a.m. I only ordered two Italian subs and a fry and the total was nearly $30 so value-wise they’re definitely overpriced. Not only did I receive attitude on the phone, but also in the store. And even though I was the first order through the door, multiple people with orders larger than mine were continuing to walk out ahead of me . I waited nearly 40 minutes for two subs and a french fry. And again with the attitude when I did not say thank after waiting so long; and simply grabbing my bag and turning to walk out; lady saying quote “well THANK YOU TOO, now you have yourself a nice rest of your day” but the tone was highly sarcastic. When I opened the fries at my car, they were bland and just off for lack of a better description. The fries tasted like freezer burned leftovers quickly popped in last minute. They hadn’t even salted them. No condiments no nothing. I ate two and they went in the garbage. The subs were okay but mediocre-at-best especially for the price; (REMEMBER $30 FOR TWO SUBS AND A FRY) but as far as service, attitudes on staff, pricing, such a late opening time, and especially in terms of the wait time goes; I will NEVER eat here again.

My family and I have been giving the Willowstreet location a good amount of business over the years, have been kind, respectful, and understanding, even when our $100 plus order was really screwed up. I am a well spoken person, that always takes special care to explain in detail to whoever takes my food order. When I spend my hard earned money to order out for my family, I expect a certain level of service, and food quality for my money, but if these restaurants continue to keep cutting their portions literally in HALF(Chicken Finger), and also increase their prices by about 20%, we’ll, don’t be surprised when your formerly committed and dedicated costumers go elsewhere. I know what you restaurants buy your chicken wings for, and I’m sorry, your price point at $15.99 for 12 wings is ridiculous to say the least. Greed will cost you a major loss before too long. Look, this isn’t New York City folks, or Seattle Washington!

Good food, nice little find since not a local. Takes a while to get your food because it is made to order so you need to have time. I am not sure about the drinks because no one mentioned it. I think you can buy a bottle of wine but no other alcohol beverages.

Disappointing customer service experience. I walked in with my son who is italian and wanted to have a taste of italian food in the area. We arrived around 8:30 friday night. We order and paid for two slices and an italian sandwich of those they have on front. After more than 1/2 an hour waiting, someone finally noticed that we were actually there and had what we ordered put into the oven. At the end we got two barely heated, almost cold slices and the sandwich as well. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this Carusso’s location.
