I wish had taken a picture. Our pizza was EXACTLY how it tasted over 20 years ago! Absolutely delicious! Piping hot, cheesy, not too oily and runny. Crust, yummy! Their subs are amazing, too. They do takeout, delivery, and eat in. Everything was clean and neat.

When ordering, the girl who answered the phone was very friendly and took my order with no issues. I ordered a large pizza with meatball, green pepper, and onion, a small order of zucchini sticks, a fried dough twist and a slice of cheesecake. Everything came hot and fresh. The pizza, as always, was absolutely amazing- fresh toppings, crispy but still soft crust, not too sweet/not too salty sauce and plenty of cheese, yum! The zucchini sticks were amazing, I just wish there were more in the order (only 7 small, really small, sticks, for $6) but they were delicious, I’ll get the large next time. Fried dough was great and the cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had, just like every time I order from here. I love Carusos, my favorite in Lynn for pizza. Would definitely recommend to friend.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub, buffalo chicken wrap and small french fries. When I got my order the steak was dry, wrap was soupy and coming undone before I even took it out of the wrapper and the fries were cold and burnt. Not sure if they’ve changed ownership recently but the overall quality of the food was terrible, unlike what I’ve experienced from this establishment in the past. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

If I can give zero Stars I would. The customer service is awful. The girl that works there has an attitude that is unbelievable. The delivery driver takes an hour and a half and sometimes the food gets cold. The place is in the way it used to be growing up it’s not about customers anymore it’s about coming in and coming out. The orders are rushed which comes out incorrectly then they expect the tip laugh out loud after waiting 2 hours for your food. This place gets horrible everyday.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we had a enjoyable evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for the fruitful event.
