Great, get away for a great meal and with some great people who are just fun to be with. They have a good selection for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely breakfast for lunch if you like! The grandchildren really love it and is my grand daughter ‘s favorite option. She is a breakfast kind of girl. I highly recommend this as a go too place. My wife and I were looking for a new place for breakfast. We found Carvers by mistake actually. The reviews were good. They did not disappoint. Very good. Super tasty. I had the sausage and eggs with biscuit and gravy. My wife had the bacon and cheese omelet. I’m glad we came.

My wife and I heard good things about Carvers and a lot of locals seem to frequent it regularly. We were disappointed. While the service was excellent, it felt like an old fashioned cafeteria style joint. The portions weren’t great and neither was the quality of the food.

It’s ok for a small meal, but I like to get my money’s worth and I was disappointed by the popcorn shrimp plate. One of our folks got the wrong sides, and they took them back because they said they were not allowed to leave them on the table. I hope they didn’t end up on someone else’s table. This was my first time there, and it was just not that good overall. I wanted to like it, but they just didn’t give me a lot to work with.

Breakfast here is good but don’t bother with lunch. First of all they charge you 4% to eat here if it’s not cash. I had the grilled chicken with green beans and macaroni & cheese. My dad had the chicken salad sandwich and he liked it. My paper thin chicken breast was actually undercooked(light pink and odd texture) and I believe they marinated it in salt. I couldn’t even eat it. The green beans were very bland and very stringy and the mac & cheese was a stouffers. Very disappointing. I won’t be back for lunch.
