we went to carverss for a birthday in the family back in december. food was decent, meat was decent, service was decent. the food does look better than it tastes. the system in which the servers bring out meat is a little hard to get used to (not to mention the flip cards being nearly useless), and for the price point I’m not entirely sure it was worth it, however i will give props to the beautiful building and buffet area presentation. as well as the pina colada, which i think was the highlight of the night for me. in the end the food did fill me up, so if that is what you’re looking for you won’t be disappointed.

Before you judge my rating, I’ve been to Churrascarias (This kind of Brazilian restaurant) in Rio( yes in Brazil) , NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, palm Springs, Canada etc and this place has by far the best selection, best meats and widest variety of meats by far. From Frog legs and chicken hearts to bacon wrapped sirloin and chicken to traditional Brazilian fares of sirloin caps etc. Chelsea our server was very sweet and attentive, Jeremy, Edison, Rene, everyone of the servers were great; even after we were done another lovely gentleman came and asked if there’s anything we wanted and didn’t have and my wife mentioned the bacon wrapped sirloin but she was so full she was like I wish I had tried it, well 30 seconds later another gaucho came with it, hot and fresh off the grill and who can say No to that?!?

I don’t give out 5 stars very often, but this place was fantastic! It’s a beautiful building, fantastic staff, and great food! I personally was blown away by the side dishes and the salad bar. I know the meat is the star of the show. But honestly for me, the side dishes and salad bar are what make it worth visiting. Probably the best beans and rice I have had outside of Latin America. The meat was good, probably not the best I have ever had, but it’s definitely good!

They were incredible. The food was hot with so many different choices. Meat came by about every 3 minutes. They didn’t give huge portion of any specific meat, but with all the choices there was more than enough to be had. The carvers themselves were hilarious. The server’s seemed a little bothered but the carvers made the experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just a fantastic meal overall. 11/10.

The banquet room was perfect for a retirement party. Everyone loved the salad bar, variety of meat was amazing. The servers were attentive and took care of a large group making it a great experience for young and old. The helped store the retirement cake we brought in- sliced it and served it. The room was great to have speeches- roast for the retirement party. Would definitely recommend Carverss banquet room for a party.

There is something for everyone, it was the bacon wrapped filet for me but if chicken hearts are your thing they have that too! The large salad bar also includes a wide selection of fruits, pastas, potatoes, pot roast, etc. Good for large parties.

I had the most incredible dining experience at Carverss, the Brazilian Steak House! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the ambiance was just perfect. The variety of meats they offered was astounding, and each one was cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Took my wife and daughter to Carverss for our Anniversary. What an experience. The staff was exceptional, and very attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was exceptional. We good the “full experience”, which was everything you could eat, and as much as you could eat. We sampled almost everything. Most of it was exceptional, and a couple things were “average”. But, they had so much, and many items you probably won’t see anywhere else. I do want to give a special shout out to Jaclyn and Patric for being exceptional. You will not regret going to Carverss.

Great food experience! You will not leave hungry and there is something for every appetite! My only complaint was seeing the same meat 2 or three times and not everything on the menu. Drink pairings are fantastic!
