6-3-23 this place is great! Service, food, atmosphere are all amazing. I have seen older reviews that are not that favorable but things must have changed drastically because this is our new favorite place to eat. The staff were very friendly, prompt, and alway had a smile (Maria G). The food was amazing probably the best stillwater. The prices are comparable to others but portions are very generous. I highly recommend casa agave!!!!

There’s not an option for no stars because that’s exactly what I would give this place. I normally don’t speak negative when I review a location but on this one I don’t have anything good to say( but my daughter really enjoyed the french fries she’s 13) the food we received was overpriced and honestly did not taste very good. Our entire meal cost $73 which was extremely outrageous. My wife’s dish had six shrimp and a pile of rice on it for $17.99 I had a quesadilla with seasoned beef but that was about it and that was $15.99 my daughter who had the best dish of all which was french fries and chicken strips was $12.99 and drinks we’re around $3. The chips were very stale and the salsa could have been good but it had a weird taste to it I can’t exactly explain and it breaks my heart to give such a bad review but I can’t in good conscious let other people come here and eat and not know what they’re getting into this was just our experience hopefully yours will be better.

Been here twice. The first time was about a month and a half ago and the food was great. Went back last Friday and we were disappointed. The service was good and the beer is cold but I had to return my plate because it was horrible. The beans were watery, the rice was dry and the meat had a refrigerator taste. I wish these restaurants could produce consistent food. I understand sometimes the kitchen is off but there should be quality control in place and the cooks should have pride in what they put on the plate. It’s obvious when you have watery beans and dry rice.

The restaurant is clean, some updates and improvements have been made. The food has good flavor and good portion sizes. I recommend adding salsa or queso to the rice. The tamale was very good. Tacos are crispy crunchy, Beef has good spices. To me the real taste test of Mexican food is the chicken, most lacks any spice at all I held off ordering chicken so next time I will test the chicken. Would like to see a mexican buffet a day or two here. Lunch for 2 @ $40

Worst dining experience ever! Apparently a cook got mad and quit. Our server was pulling double duty in kitchen. Instead of the manager informing us and the next table over. We waited over 30 minutes for food. Manager didn’t come to our table once or have another server see to our needs. We paid over $50 for 2 meals and drinks. I did not receive the free desert for Mother’s Day either. Manager should have comped our meals in my opinion. I will never return to this establishment again.

Ate lunch here on a Saturday. In our opinion, the food was very good. The tortilla chips are light and crispy, salsa is good. I had steak chimichanga. The tortilla it was fried in was tender and the beef was tasty and plentiful. Can’t complain at all.

I have never been so disappointed. My family and I, a party of 5 got sat almost immediately which was amazing especially for Mother’s Day. Then it all went downhill. The host spilled salsa on our chips and still gave it to us without offering a new basket, the salsa was like tomato sauce the chips were undercooked. Don’t worry it gets worse. We wait 20 minutes before a server gets our drink order we were all having conversations so we weren’t too worried about it but then an hour goes by and we are out of chips she hasn’t came back not once for a refill or taken our order. When we finally place our order (everyone around us had there food) our server went missing for about and hour then comes back again we were having fun catching up so we were just converting she then comes back gets refills then tells us the cooks walked out and now servers were making our food. We said we didn’t want it anymore and they charged us for everything. We were there for 3 1/2 hours. Fkin ridiculous.

We liked the food, and all the employees we interacted with were very friendly. The enchiladas suiza were surprisingly spicy, but good. The enchiladas Paloma were excellent. They were basically chicken fajita meat rolled up in a flour tortilla with white queso on top. I will definitely get those again. The chips and salsa were pretty standard. The salsa had quite a bit of cilantro in it (which I love) but if that’s not your thing you won’t like it. Yes, the dinner entrees are a bit more expensive than some other Mexican restaurants, but they do have reasonable lunch specials. As of December ’22, they didn’t have their beer or liquor license, but a sign said that was coming. UPDATE: We visited again on 4/1/23, and they are now able to serve alcoholic drinks.
