I just moved to Scranton and I went here twice! The outside area is gorgeous to dine. They can move the ceiling so if it’s a clear sky it’s open and if it is about to rain they can close it. The walls move similarly as well, so if the sun is coming in they can block it or if it’s a beautiful sunset they will open the walls so you can see. The food is also amazing. My boyfriend got a beef dish off the specials and it was falling off the bone and so delicious. My family also visited and got the crab and lobster ravioli and it was to die for. I got a chicken dish once and a fish dish another time and both were good. Of course we always end with the most decadent crème brûlée they have. Their drinks are also amazing. They butterscotch coffee drink was a sweet delicious way to warm up outside after dinner, and the cocktails are so good you don’t even know there is alcohol in them! This is a place I will keep coming back to over and over again. It is that good!

Best dining experience I’ve had in months! My wife and I go out weekly and love to try new places. This place was halfway between us and my brother and his family in NY. Food was absolutely delicious. We had chicken francaise and stuffed rigatoni. The service was incredible. Wait staff was super attentive and abundant. I wish this place wasn’t two hours away! I would recommend getting the outdoor patio seating – a really nice space. A super value for such a great dining experience!

We were in Scranton for just one night, which, through a chain of events, happened to be the man’s birthday. He wanted Italian, so we came here to Yelp and found Casa Bella. We found the interior (the older side) lovely. We were seated in a small alcove of just three 2-top tables. All three tables were soon seated and, over the course of the evening, we three couples had some lively, friendly conversation. The bread was served room temperature with butter, not olive oil, which we quickly requested. We were brought a bruschetta mix, which was very garlicky and quite delicious. We would’ve preferred the bread be served warm, but the dipping oil was really good, so that helped. I ordered the spinach ravioli and the man ordered the veal with mushrooms in marsala sauce. Both were served with a simple green salad and both were delicious. We went crazy and ordered two desserts: the crème brûlée and a cannoli. Fantastic! We ordered a bottle of red wine to go with the meal. It was the least expensive bottle on the menu but it was actually quite good (it definitely needed some time to breathe). Overall, we were very happy with our visit to Casa Bella!

I took my mother here for our birthday dinner. The service was over the top, so friendly and inviting. I felt like I was back at my aunt Gracie’s house. The restaurant itself feels like you are in your family’s home, so comfortable. The only thing I would warn you about was getting to the parking lot is tricky but once in it there is tons of parking. Highly recommend you get a reservation, it fills up fast!!
