We order the Taco plate, smothered burrito with queso , red cheese enchilada plate, rice and beans. It was all spectacular! The queso dip and chips and salsa were delicious and are the best in town! ❤️

Love, love, love this restaurant!!! My absolute favorite is the chips and queso!!! Can never find anywhere else that makes queso the same as this place. When I eat here, I always order a Mexican dinner plate. It has one juicy taco, one red cheese enchilada, with rice and beans. I love the way they make their crispy tacos, it’s so good!!! The staff is always so sweet. This restaurant is a must-try!

Only gave it one star because i could not give it zero, worst menu ever, everything is so plain, chicken taste like canned chicken. Beef looked like canned dog food and tasted like it looked, and it was served on a prison lunch tray. The queso is great but it does not make up for all of the other horrible food.

I was there for the Clay Douglas Meet and Greet, great food! The dunk tank was a little much, but otherwise it was a good meal. Jose seemed a little busy with Barry but my food was awesome.

i’ve only been here once and that was in 2017 for the Clay Douglas Meet n Greet.the food was great and it was an absolute honor meeting Clay and his producer Steve along with Barry,Doug Danager and Jeff from the Charlotte,Raleigh,Winston-Salem,Greensboro area.Clay was even kind enough to autograph my copies of his PDF books.if i ever make it out to Big Spring again i’ll definitely visit Casa Blanca.
