The best Italian food we have had in here in Naples!! Very authentic and delicious. The tuna tartare and burrata appetizers were light and refreshing. We split pastas and couldn’t even choose a favorite, it was all delicious. The owners make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Went to this new restaurant in Naples and I have to say, I am happy to FINALLY see a decent and authentic Italian restaurant in this town! Owners Filippo and Gabriele, both born and raised in Italy, have created a haven for excellent food and wine at Casa Cotzelli. But beware, this is not your typical Mickey Mouse Italian restaurant in Naples, so don’t expect chicken parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo and tons of cream and garlic in your dishes. This is REAL Italian cuisine, simple and tasty. If you are ignorant about authentic Italian food, you should come here and educate yourself!

We came here for the first time today. We had an amazing lunch! Everything was fresh and delicious. The owner server us personally and made us feel so welcomed. Another outstanding meal at Casa Cotzelli. This is the definition of a hidden gem in the Island Walk community. This is the BEST authentic Italian food in all of Naples. You can reserve and gain access to Island Walk through Open Table. Do yourself a favor and dine there. So good; both food and service. Hospitable owners and staff. Can’t wait to return!!

Food and drinks were way over prices. My girlfriend and I both got the specials and they were not great. My girlfriend got the ravioli and i got the lasagna. The only decent thing we had was the desert. The staff is friendly and nice, but this place is far from a 4.9. After analyzing the reviews, many of them seem fake.

Awesome new place in North Naples ! We had a Pasta Feast ! The two of us shared 2 different Pasta dishes: The Rigatoni with chopped Sausage and leeks was the most Amazing ! Also , The Linguine Frutti Di Mare had the most delicious shrimp you ever are gonna taste: they were of the highest quality and cooked to perfection . The Calamari was very tender and tasty, as were the clams and mussels in a tasty white wine sauce . Pasta Heaven !
