For the previous 20 years and ongoing we only use fresh ingredients that we choose ourselves. We specially order our meat from a boutique supplier *this is why you will NEVER get a chewy piece of steak at Casa de Quesadilla.
If any food we serve comes off the back of a truck… it’s our truck – Not US foods or any other food suppliers. We make regular trips to the farmers market and nothing excepting the nacho cheese sauce comes out of a can – It’s unopened in the Kitchen somewhere.
Many loving hours of labor are put into the supply and preparation of our food. Your lettuce, tomatoes and onions and everything else was hand selected. Your rice, beans, salsas where all made from scratch… and we serve huge portions. Every order is a meal!

We randomly stopped into Casa de Quesadilla after googling “Mexican Near Me.” This one had the highest rating and was closest so we went. Best quesadilla ever. Doing my part to get them above 4.2 stars since the food was off the hook.

This was my first visit to this establishment. It is very quaint, but the food is off the charts. This place is not serving the same bland food as other Mexican chain restaurants. I had three carnita rojo tacos and they were as authentic as the ones I have eaten in Mexico. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. What they lack in decor and overall size of the dining room, they make up for in taste. The salsa was fresh and the flavor was one of the best I have had in any restaurant. They also have fresh made sauces to kick up the heat. They utilize Uber Eats for delivery. I will definitely be going back.

Yo. We popped into this jawn after a hike and were blown away. The fact that is has a 4.2 means there were some outrageous haters -maybe even a blood feud. The food was so good I ate until it hurt. The queso – fire. The quesadilla – fire. The 3 chiles toreados- fire. The guacamole – fire. The frijoles – fire. The margaritas- fire. Literally, everything slapped insanely hard. It’s giving Mexican Midas touch

Food was good but interestingly was mischarged for both entrees… $2 dollars under for one and $1 dollar over for another. Asked about it and cook/waiter/cashier just shrugged. On the plus side one guy was running the place and did a pretty good job. Food was tasty but the shrimp burrito was a bit light on the shrimp IMO. Still good and decent value for tasty eats.

It looked great, but didn’t taste good at all. Too much salt and pepper, no traditional seasonings or spices. Tortillas were store bought, so was salsa and tortillas. Also cheap cheese. Not really authentic carne asade. My waitress was very kind and thoughtful and understood my complaint which is why I gave a second star. She was the best part of the visit.

Food is alright…depending on what you get. First time I got 3 tacos and they were good! I decided to get a burrito today and it was terrible. I got a steak burrito and I was so excited to eat it because it was huge. I knew I would only be able to eat one half at a time due to it being cut in half. I took the first bite and was instantly disappointed. My burrito is full of rice and beans barely any meat. Literally it’s rice wrapped into a burrito. Very disappointed.

Great food! Seemed authentic. I liked the music and the atmosphere. I went here on a Thursday night for dinner alone. It wasn’t busy, the place was clean, and the reggaeton music was good. I have no complaints about the service either.
