I do not recommend. I did a takeout order and items were missing. Tried to contact the establishment only to be hung up on saying they didn’t have time to refund me and that they were busy. Decided to go to the restaurant to get the refund in person and only saw two families seated. Don’t understand why the managers showed my party such hostility. The items that were missing were just a side order of fries, beans and coke. You would think a $5 refund would be an easy process but no they kept going back and forth with us. In the end they decided to just give us the missing items but after going through that headache I would never order from this place again.

I went there with my wife and the atmosphere was great, cozy. The owner was there and he personally served us, spoke to us, gave usa complimentary appetizers so we could try, the food came out fast, great amount and taste. Absolutely fantastic.

How ridiculous is this. $25 for this. Ask for 3 fanescas, and this is how much they fill them up. It was a to go order. They bagged it, tied it up, and then I left. I get home just to find this . Bought a couple of more items. Never again. You people are just so miserable. What a ripoff.

Overall, this place was okay. The food wasn’t bad and the server was polite. Here are my complaints: there is no free water or free refills. Anything you drink comes out of a vending machine. I wasn’t impressed by the flavor; I could’ve cooked our plates in my own kitchen easily. Lastly, they did not give us our food quickly or all at once: it was one plate at a time, every 5 or 10 minutes. Not worth the price.

The plate Mar y Tierra was delicious, the soup was great too. I tried an Ecuadorian beer very tasty. The service was great and the owner so gentile. I recommend this place and I’ll come back soon. Thank you so much.

We visited this place while visiting Orlando just recently. As Ecuadorian we wanted to try some homemade food but we regret coming here. Food was cold and unflavored but can improve, as for service goes they really need to work on hiring proper waiters that can treat and host clients!

Terrible service, worse food. They left several items out of my order and then when I called to ask for a refund they claim “they’re too busy” and hung up. Drove to the restaurant, there’s two parties at the location and employees walking around doing nothing. Refuse to give me my money back and claim they can’t because “it’ll be a lose for their business”. All the people are rude and refuse to correct their mistakes. Worst restaurant EVER!!
