Love Casa del Taco. Eat there weekly. Amazing food. I only have issues with the salsa and how it is being kept. When I come after work, sometime between 4 and 6 pm, I have found the salsa to be way too warm for my preference. On one occasion I could not eat the salsa because there was a rancid smell and on another occasion I did not eat the salsa because the salsa was so thick inside the cup that it came out in one glob. This is mainly the habenaro salsa. I believe its because they do not store it in a cold container at the counter at either stores and so the salsa is quite warm when I get there.

I want to start off with I Love Casa and have been eating there with my family for over 20 years. This location has the absolute worst service out of any restaurant in Chillicothe. Over the last 2-3 months almost every visit we a greeted in the drive through by the most rude woman I’ve ever dealt with. It never fails you order your first item and directly after you finish saying them item she will tell you to pull foward. I have worked in food and retail and understand needing to be quick. But to rush customers and be rude while doing it is entirely unacceptable, especially with patrons who buy from the buisness multiple times a week. I see many other reviews stating they received terrible service and that absolutely shows management is failing the customers that keep this business afloat. You need to train the staff that directly works with your customers, to be polite and how to properly take a order. Again I don’t write reviews I usually shrug things like this off and blame it on a bad day, or a busy one. But when it’s almost every visit for months I’ve finally had to say something.

Posted hours say they close at 11 on Thursday. They close at 10! It was posted to close at 11 online and on all doors and windows. Pls change you hours! I arrived at 10:05pm and nothing about them being closed was said until employees were leaving. I even drove up to the window to double check the hours before reentering the drive through.

Usually I like going there but the last time I went they forgot the queso I paid for, they put the quesadilla at the bottom with 2 heavy burritos on top so it was smashed and soggy, very hard to eat or even get out of the package. Also the Avocado dressing was all over the bag, wasn’t closed all the way and got all over the burritos and napkins. It was just over all too messy to even enjoy the food
