Tabasco and red pepper already on the table, love that! The garlic cheese knots are so good, fresh, warm and gooey. The service is friendly. The building is an old pizza place. It could use some updating but that doesn’t affect the food. All the local patrons seem to be happy.

Ate here after seeing the Four Tops @ NPAC. Menu selection was amazing. Salads were great along with the ranch & blue cheese dressings we had. I chose the Salmon a’la Blanche & my lady had the Baked Ziti. Both were absolutely delicious & we had more than enough left over for tomorrow’s lunch. Prices were quite reasonable and the staff & owner very friendly… we will definitely be back!!!

First off, the word “Express” in the title is deceiving. There isn’t a drive thru and it was a long wait. However, the food is phenomenal! My wife and I got the Chicken Parmesan and Baked Ziti added meatballs. Both came with salads. All the food was great and worth the wait but was $37 total. A little high but again, really good. Clean place inside and out.

Love this place! Best pizza in Greeneville. The lasagna is fantastic! Make sure you try the cheesy knots. The staff and owner are very friendly. They also use the slice app which is user friendly to place your order. Give it a try I think you will be impressed.

First time trying this locally owned Italian restaurant in Greeneville Tennessee. The wife and I decided to give this place a try after seeing several good reviews on it. Forget about the fact that this is a former converted pizza chain building and concentrate on the food. We played it safe the first time here by ordering a garlic knots appetizer and their La Casa Special 10 inch all meat pizza. Both of these dishes were served hot, lots of flavor and didn’t disappoint living up to a good Italian meal. Fast friendly service, reasonable prices will definitely have us coming back to order something different the next time we visit them. Thanks Casa Express for a great first visit.

Food was delicious. They are the first place I’ve ever been to that actually gives you extra salad dressing, and it was more than enough. The food was good, fresh, and the service was excellent. The spinach dip was the best I’ve ever had. My pasta was cooked to perfection. Will be back to try other foods on their menu.
