Such a treasure in Gateway. Had a wonderful lunch of enchiladas with rice and refried beans. Tres Leches cake for dessert and my entire meal was perfect. My server Jesus was the only one on duty at the time and he handled the dining room with ease and professionalism. I never felt neglected and he was very attentive to all the customers. Highly recommend! Have dessert-it’s divine!!!

Good food. Short staffed the first time that we visited so a little slow on the service. But friendly staff that is helpful. Burrito bowl claims cheese sauce but that isn’t how it was made…Server explained that the recipe had changed, but still brought a side of melted cheese for my wide because that was her primary reason for ordering the dish.

The most bland and unseasoned food I’ve ever had. I ordered extra hot sauce and got none at all, that might have saved the food with some flavor, but idk they consider sliced avocado and lettuce a “guacamole salad” so probably not. I’m glad the tamales I ordered were out of stock or I’d be even more upset to have more uneaten food lying around.

We’ve been going to Casa Lupita for many years now and they consistently deliver some of the best tasting Mexican food you’ll ever have and at a terrific value. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always excellent. The enchiladas with green sauce are killer good. A great happy hour too! A terrific family run restaurant. Highly recommended.

Carnitas dinner was dry shredded pork with a lot of onion and salsa fresco. It should have been pork chunks, roasted jalapenos and guac. Re-fried beans were bland and rice was instant. Chips were over fried; salsas were good. Other items were okay.
