Beautiful place and views… the Tulum feel was absolutely there. The service was amazing! Very good high end service. However our food was the downfall. Our cocktails were great. Then the disastrous items started arriving… our supposedly fresh, house made pitas were sad, extremely chewy, flat and floppy. A fresh made pita should be puffy, hot, with a crispy outside. Store bought pitas are better than these. my husband’s sea bass was dry, over cooked and under seasoned. It made me thirsty to just look at it. I ordered the Earth and Sea. It comes with no sides. The cream sauce under my steak tasted great. However, my steak was over cooked and dry. No juices at all… the lobster was absolutely horrible. One piece was stringy, and chewy. Can lobster have gristle? Well mine sure did… I spit it out. The claw meat was completely mush… I feel both our entrees’ proteins were cooked before ordered… At these prices this should not happen. It just sucked… I hated to spend $500 on our meal for such poorly prepared entrees. Even with the great service and cocktails….. It’s a no go on my part. Spend your money elsewhere. Sad but true. Needs a highly trained kitchen staff/chef for these prices. These poor servers must deal with these cooking nightmares and unhappy customers constantly. BTW… the breakfast is a complete nightmare…. I’m talking food and especially service. It took 45 mins, more than once, for 3 eggs! Better to skip this experience to relieve stress from your day.

Casa Madera definitely has the cool vibe thing going on. We were there for an early dinner so it wasn’t too loud or crowded. Food was good but a bit pricey for what it is. The service and staff were very attentive.

Absolutely loved our dining experience at Casa Madera. The minute you enter, you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise- a mini Tulum getaway. Speciality cocktails are a must, the presentation is next level! Side note, if you love old fashioneds, order one just for the pure experience, not to mention it was perfectly crafted in front of us by our wonderful server Michaela. On to the food… the king crab legs are absolutely incredible, get 2 orders because you’ll end up ordering another anyways. If you’re with a group, I’d recommend the seafood tower. The Yucatan Chop salad is light and refreshing, and for mains- go with the Sole or the Tomahawk. For dessert, the butter cake is a must! Ask for Michaela, she was the most genuine server and incredibly helpful!

It was a wonderful night, I enjoyed with my family in a loud music atmosphere, and the place has a wonderful view of the city at night. The food is delicious, and the choices were good and wonderful, and the prices are somewhat high in such luxurious restaurants. You ordered few selected dishes for trial as this first time in this restaurant as we are tourists. We had five ordered :

Stepping into Casa Madera is like stepping onto the set of a trendy new TV show where everyone is beautiful, the lighting is just right, and you’re half expecting the paparazzi to pop out from behind the potted plants. Nestled in the heart of West Hollywood, this is the place where you come not just to eat, but to be seen eating.

This is a fabulous dining experience. You go here for the atmosphere that feels like your in a different space. Speciality drinks are a must, the presentation is just as good. To start, must try the hummus along with the hamachi serrano. The Yucantan Chop salad is light and freshing. Dessert don’t skip the Hazelnut Mousse, best vegan & gluten free dessert in town. Not to mention incredible service and the attention to detail.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner at Casa Madera Weho. The interior design is phenomenal. Tulum inspired decor with a neutral color palette and an ambiance that would please anyone’s taste. The drinks are tasty and creatively crafted. The food was better than expected although isn’t going to show up on best foods in LA list. I would recommend this place as the experience was worth it!

Was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and view is wonderful and the Tulum vibe that many mention seems to hold true.
