I used to work right around the corner from this place pre-COVID, when it was called Los Portales. I would always get 3 beef enchiladas a la carte because they were cheap (I think $7-$8 for a plate that I could barely finish) and amazingly delicious!

Great local place. Mrs found on maps and we headed there on a Friday night. No wait for a table and the food was delicious. I had the fajita quesadilla and Mrs had the steak and shrimp fajita. Both were delicious. The 904 margarita was perfect for a Friday night. Server was pleasant and very attentive. Would recommend.

Not a great experience. Service wasn’t that good. Sat awhile with empty drink cups, was served queso that wasn’t warmed all the way and had a film on top like it had been sitting before being served. Food was not great, lacked flavor. It looked better than it tasted. Clean restaurant.

Casa Maria has become our go to not just for Mexican food, but good food in general. The food is always consistent, whether we order in or take out. And we eat here at least once per week.

Our first time here. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, Karina. She was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was a pro! She kept our drinks full, made us laugh and was very attentive (but not too much). It was worth the 45 minute drive. We will definitely be back, and hopefully Karina will be our server again!

Newly opened, very friendly staff, great food for a decent price. The inside is nicely decorated with murals representing both Jacksonville and Mexico. They are currently running some great specials like all day BOGO house margarita or some great happy hour prices on apps while they try to get more people in. Generous portions, great tasting food.

Place is packed and wild on a Friday night and is a wonderful place to being family and friends. Wait time is long after 5 pm. Food is mouth-watering with so much to choose from.

Went here for the first time with My Wife and step Daughters. I decided to have Carnitas dish, Chile Colorado style. The dish was very good. Our server did an excellent hob as well. We will return here soon enough.
