One of the best tacos places I’ve discovered in all my travels. This is a typical meet up places for my hometown friends and I, and it never disappoints. I always get the street tacos with camarones y pastor. However, all the taco selections are a must try and great value. Service is friendly and fast. Chips, bean dip, and salsa is also served while waiting for food. This time I did try the margaritas and will say it is watered down with the 20 oz glass, and an additional 20 oz or smaller size is needed. However, the service and tacos are wonderful.

Sat outside on the patio. Food was good, but not great. Service was good, servers were friendly. The raspberry margarita I had was delicious, and my husband tried the Liquid Marijuana, which was strong but good. I had shredded chicken nachos that were good but not a lot of flavor. The Taco salad with steak fajita was awesome. My husband’s chicken quesadilla was loaded with chicken and veggies. All in all, good experience, but looking forward to trying other places.

Food is mostly good. Salsa tastes mostly like tomatoes and is not spicy at all. Margarita was very good. Service was terrible. Both times we went, we had to wait a long time to give our order and a super long time to get our check. Did not get drunk refills.

Very authentic. I eat a ton of spanish food. Including at home very authentic cooked meals. This place has really good spanish food and 101 menus items! I was shocked at the variety. Highly recommended. Table of 4 adults ate well and were constantly given drink for under 60 bucks at the time of this review.

The regular salsa is fresh, chilled and flavorful. Chips are prepared freshly and are plentiful. They have real chile rellenos (cheese-stuffed, deep-fried poblano peppers). Casa Mexico is similar to other lower-cost Mexican eateries in North Carolina, but they seem to get the details right. The restaurant is located in an old Burger King building, but it has been beautifully renovated and provides the feeling that you are in a new environment. Casa Mexico is our family’s favorite Mexican restaurant in the Hickory area.

Got the wrong order at first until I said something. The nachos are always a treat, the bean dip was hotter than the main course, but it was still good, even took it to work the next day since the serving was plenty.
