We were feted treated like royalty. The chef’s specials were reasonably priced, and all our dishes were really good. The eggplant appetizer was the highlight for me. They called it a souffle, it looked like lasagna, and everyone loved it.

My family and I came from Boston for a vacation up and down the PCH and we stopped in Santa Monica for a day. We were look for a good Italian spot and this popped up. We got there and were immediately received with open arms as if we were long lost relatives. Our food was immaculate, the Pollo Parmigiana especially. My mother got fried calamari and my sister got pumpkin tortellini and they were in heaven as well. We will definitely come back again next time we visit California.

Genuinely it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had in the US, and on par with some of the nicest places I’ve been to in Italy. There was a bit of a wait for our food because they were incredibly busy when we got there but they brought us out a free prosciutto pizza as an apology and it was incredible. All the specials that day sounded incredible, the risotto was great, the margherita pizza was incredible, and they had the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten.

Had no expectations picking a highly reviewed Italian restaurant in the Pacific Palisades when I’m vegetarian and gluten-free. The couple sitting next to us were regulars and ordered something that wasn’t on the menu which looked great insane. They mentioned that the chef is very accommodating.

Had the Braised Lamb with Risotto. Was amazing. So soft and moist. Risotto was well done. Staff is friendly and attentive. Outdoor setting is a bit noisy due to it being on Sunset but over all a wonderful experience.

I lived in Los Angeles County all my life. Today was the first time I ever stop to eat in Pacific Palisades. The group I was with decided on Casa Nostra Trattoria after hiking Temescal Canyon Trail. I made a wise choice of selecting the Tagliata Casa Nostra. The dish was outstanding; lightly but perfectly seasoned prime New York steak top with very fresh arugula and delicious parmesan. The perfect dish for someone looking for something delicious that does not have a ton of carbs. Add to that, the service as well as the atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend.

The Salmon and Lobster Ravioli with Crab are outstanding as is the calamari and well… everything here is so good… genuinely feel transported back to Italy. The Italian wait staff and that Italian generosity warms the heart. Love love love
