I’m so happy we finally got a Ramen place in our area. The staff was very courteous, and the restaurant was so clean. We ordered Tonkotsu and Spicy miso, and they were both so good. They have a bar but didn’t try anything this time. We will definitely be back.

I came here to try this place out. I ordered the fried dumpling as an appetizer and Shoyou Ramen. I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was courteous and attentive. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would suggest you try it out.

Excellent ramen! The spicy miso hit the spot and was just the right amount of spicy. Service was super fast and my server was very friendly. I’m so glad to have a ramen place close by, and I plan to visit a lot more. Definitely worth checking out!!

The food was great, but the service was lacking. I believe they just opened a few days ago and it shows. I expect things will only improve and I look forward to coming back.

Delicious and just what Casa Linda needed. I’m from the PNW where Ramen is on trend and I can say, Casa Ramen is on point in Dallas w/ great Ramen. I was surprised w/ cost/proportion – the bowls were small however they filled us perfectly. The dumplings and our bar drinks were good too. 3 stars for atmosphere: kill the overhead lighting in the bathroom hallway or block it from the dining room and lower those beautiful nests of lamps above the tables – bring them closer. Either way, we’ll be back!

Flavorful food! What an amazing little spot. So glad they opened here in Casa Linda. Can’t wait to come back. My kids have already claimed this to be our go-to spot for ramen from now on! 🙂

I was very excited to try the food here and stopped by. They said they do not have high chairs so if you have a child that needs a high chair beware of that. Luckily I keep a portable high chair in my car that can be used at restaurants. The server I believe Isabella? Saw I was installing the high chair and had just walked back in the restaurant seconds before but came up to me anyways expecting me to know my order. I politely told her I’m not ready and haven’t had a chance to review the menu as I was installing my child’s high chair…. She was clearly “trying to prove a point” after this because she didn’t come back for at least 15 minutes and was sitting at the bar on her phone. We ordered and got the food quickly and it was awesome! Loved the spicy miso soup…. The server never once came back to check on us and we had to get their attention from our table for to go containers. They gave us those and never gave us the tab… we had to find someone else for that after standing at our table ready to go for minutes. This service would be more acceptable if we were not the only people in there. Anyways not a family friendly environment if you have a child and horrible service. Unfortunate because they had amazing food. Hopefully they freshen up on their training and expect more of their employees in the future.
