Delicious food and friendly owner and staff. We were pleased with our meals which we shared. The Asada fries were so mouthwateringly good. The Wet carnita burrito with red and green sauce hit the spot! Even the Chips and salsa did not dissapoint. Definitely coming back.

We called in an order tonight for the first time. My wife and I were in the mood for some authentic Mexican take out food that wasn’t from a chain restaurant. We ordered two of the 3 item combos. I got hard shell shredded beef tacos and a chile rellano. My wife got a chicken enchilada Suiza, Chile rellano and tamale. The combos came with beans and rice and a side of fresh chips and salsa. First let me say that the service was quick, only 15 minutes for the order to be ready. The food was definitely authentic and all of the flavors were on point. Definitely would return and recommend to friends.

First time dining here! Food was deliciously excellent and plentiful, restaurant clean, service attentive, and ambiance appropriate for Sunday lunch. Plates were prepared as requested with some deviation to the standard without any issue. The restaurant became completely filled during our meal and the service kept up with a full house.

Everything about this place is great. This is definitely my new go-to Mexican restaurant in Rancho. The food was phenomenal. I ordered menudo (which they offer seven days a week), and my son got the chicken tenders. It was probably the best menudo I’ve ever had. They have three types of salsa and all three are super tasty. The chips! Those red and green chips you see in the picture are specially made and different in a very good way. The habanero salsa could be thicker, but the flavor was great. It’s a small restaurant, but accommodating and relaxing. The music definitely helped create the authentic atmosphere. The owner is very nice, helpful, and professional. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. We’ll definitely be back.

Hands down the best Mexican food in town. I will be back. Many. Many times. Got the 3 item combo with chicken enchilada, chicken taquitos, and a giant pastor taco. All epic.

I have always felt welcome at Casa Rubios. They have the best ground beef crispy tacos in the land! I am a taco fanatic, you just can’t find tacos this good around here. Hubby loves the enchiladas…all of them! He’s very picky too. Nuff said, check them out yourself. They don’t disappoint.

We did a takeout order. The food was nice and the potions were huge. Their grilled chicken quessadilla was really good. We also ordered the chicken Fajita, which was okay. The sides of rice and beans were really good. Especially the rice, it was soft and very flavorful. Will visit again.

Overall, the food at this new Mexican restaurant was delicious. The nachos had a tasty clump of ingredients piled of chips. Once you finished the top layer you are left with chips. The fish tacos are not deep fried and have too much cabbage. If you take off some of the cabbage, the taco is delicious and healthy (cuz it’s not fried). The chicken enchilada with green sauce was delicious. The chicken was fresh and the green sauce had a little kick which was tasty. The Spanish rice was delicious. The chicken burrito was delicious. They grill it to make it crispy without being greasy. The salsa is made with grilled vegetables and very flavorful, someof thet best I’ve had! They send you home with 5 items and the smallest container of salsa. For $1.35, you can purchase a second container. All in all, the food was delicious and healthier than your average Mexican restaurant.
