Super fun lunch today! We had a dark beer, a medium sized Margarita and a side of refried beans along with our Spinach Quesadillas and Chicken Enchiladas Mole. Everything was delicious. We both had leftovers to take home.

Excellent foods, terrific service, and fun ambience. Enjoyed dinner upon arrival in Leadville and then 2 nights later. Both visits were fantastic. Everything arrived quickly, hot and tasty – including drinks. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Staff were responsive (lots of wait staff available) friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please – always with a ready smile. Highly recommended!

We did take-out lunch – the food was delicious, we felt like we got everything we would have gotten for sit-down, well packaged for eating out. The spinach quesadilla was flavorful and filling. The chicken in the burrito was tender, delicious seasonings. Friendly fast service even though they were busy. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Super good. Chips & salsa are homemade, in-house. Dinner was a burrito supreme and a chicken carnitas. Both very, very good. The chicken especially was exceptional – the veggies had a char on them that kicked the flavor to 11 and the portion was huge after the beans, rice, and flour tortillas. Price was the best part – without drinks, it was $31 before tip for two people.

A group of 5 went to Casa Sanchez for a late lunch (around 3 pm). The place was fairly busy but we got seated promptly. Our server was great and very friendly. He brought out chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and the salsa was fantastic (with a bite). The salsa was one of the best I have had at a Mexican restaurant lately. We also tried the white queso and it did not disappoint (a little thin but delicious). Drink orders were filled promptly. In short, service was excellent at the restaurant.
