We had such a great time here! I’m a Hispanic from Texas and sometimes it’s hard to find restaurants that are up to my standards… BUT, this place definitely made the cut! The service was amazing! Our waiter was amazing!!! I can’t save enough good things about this place! Definitely worth it!

New Mexican restaurant, sign me up! Delicious chips and salsa. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the meals were phenomenal! The rooftop patio overlooking the soccer fields and sand volleyball courts is an absolute vibe! Highly recommend.

Service was an unfortunate situation. No prices on the drink menu. No happy hour or specials of any kind. We were rushed out from our table quickly as staff said people were waiting but there wasn’t a single person waiting. Such an odd and uncomfortable predicament the staff put us in. Waitress didn’t speak English and rolled her eyes when questions were asked regarding prices. The “best” margarita is definitely far from best. Too much mix. Skinny margarita was good but you’ll pay +$4 more. There’s a reason why they don’t advertise drink prices. Scam!!

Fantastic food, great service, and delicious margaritas! The menu is a little more expensive than your usual place, but overall it’s a great Mexican restaurant. There is plenty of seating and a lot of room between the tables, so you don’t feel crammed in next to others. If you plan to drink a little, figure $30-$50 per person. Also, the churros are a must! They’re the best you’ll find in St. Charles County! Overall, I totally recommend stopping in!

I had the tacos al pastor which had a great plate presentation and the flavors were just right. We also ordered a burrito of carne asada which was an excellent choice as well the presentation was present. We had a delicious tamarind juice with our meal to make sure we kept it authentic. 30 minutes plus to get to-go margarita and cheese dip with chips. We were told it would be 10 minutes & I’m sure if we hadn’t asked where our order was, it would have been longer:( Please note the “‘monster margarita” for $20. Yes, it didn’t have ice but this margarita with ice is the size of the cheaper margarita! All the chips were broken, too. The manager was rude when we mentioned the size of the margaritas…we told him we didn’t want to pay for two of these so we would just get one. Then he threw $20 at us:(:( This is second issue we have had…last experience my husband ordered something off the menu but the server I guess did not understand – his thumb holding the menu was near another item on menu and that is what she brought. We told her and she did nothing about it and we were charged for something we didn’t want. Thought that might have been an isolated incident, but after last night, I don’t think customer service is a priority at all! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many amazing restaurants around here…El Mezon, El Tio Pepe, or Mi Mexico Lindo:)
