Still looking for a tex mex place to match our NOVA standards. This one is close. They have Pacifico, Modelo and Dos Equis on tap. Chips and salsa were okay, chips needed more salt and salsa was lacking flavor. We got the fajitas for two (beef and chicken), comes on a hot plate with lots of peppers and onions. I’m not a fan of the thinly sliced meat but that has been the experience with fajitas down here. Tortilla are store bought (can’t seem to find tex mex place that actually makes their own tortillas down here as well) We also got the empanadas and I think they were good but they fry them, I think it was lacking in the stuffing.

First time trying this place. It’s super nice inside. The food was so good, i got the flour tortillas and they didn’t fall apart! We happened to come on Taco Tuesday, so I got 3 dollars off! I got the asfa tacos they were so good. Rice was good. My boyfriend got the fajitas burritos. They were huge and weren’t tiny. He had zero complaints. The only complaint I had was that the limes were on the dry side. I highly recommend this place.

I wish I had taken photos but the food and drinks were so good I forgot to until it was too late. On my next visit I’ll most definitely capture the fabulous food and beautiful beverages. The service was phenomenal and the decor is so lovely. I’m so happy our town has Casa Tezcal!!

When the chips come out hot, you know it’s going to be good. Salsa and cheese were tasty. Best house margarita I’ve ever had. Excellent Baja Tacos. We never order dessert- but the Churros were dry and crunchy, not at all greasy. The apple filling inside is just delightful. The caramel dip is unbelievable and even the ice cream was excellent. Everything was warm and high quality. Service was great. The restaurant is clean and bright. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This place might be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. Everything from the modern TexMex vibe, attractive bar, ample seating, friendly staff, swift service, and AMAZING food, you surely will not be disappointed. A must try is Baja Shrimp Tacos (get the corn tortillas). They are to die for!! The house margarita is one of the best you’ll have. I tried the Blanca Margarita (delish)! Also worth trying are their chimichangas and burrito San Mateo. Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong here. Plus, happy hour house margaritas are $4.99!

First time visit for lunch. Cheyanne provided awesome service at the bar. She recommended the Burrito Los Cabo’s which was fantastic, loaded with really big shrimp. Recommend Casa Tezcal highly.

Our server was very good. My chimichanga was good as well as the queso dip. It would’ve been nice if our chips were warm/hot. I also didn’t care for the salsa. My family enjoyed their burrito bowls.
