As someone who used to work there many many years ago, I’m was so disappointed. I went out of my way to pick up sandwiches for my husband’s birthday and they were very light on everything, barely any ingredients such as lettuce and onions. As someone who knows how they used to be made I could’ve gotten over the price with rising costs but these were pathetic. On positive the girl who helped me was nice and waited on me fast for my call in.

Ordered 4 steaks on Friday. Worst I had in Delaware and I’ve had a good cheese steak from here in the past. The beef Cheese steak taste like undercooked steakem. The chicken cheese steak had very little meat. Overall very disappointing and again I’ve had good experiences in the past. I’m not sure what happened. I won’t be going back.

One thing I hate is to find hair in my food. I purchased a chicken cheese steak with frie onions and ketchup. I took a bite out of the sandwich and a long piece of blond hair got stuck between my tooth from the sandwich. It was not my hair because my hair is short. I thought I would be sick. What happened to cooks covering up their hair. This is sickening.

This place has unfortunately been declining for some time. My son used to love this place. $13 for a large “fresh turkey” , which is more like deli meat and not real turkey like it used to be and barely anything on it at all. We gave them another chance tonight, barely any meat on my cheesesteak wrap, they put mayo on a clearly emphasized plain sub for a kid with half cheese. When I called, they said would would have to drive back there for a new one, was rude and hung up. We won’t be back, unfortunately. Maybe in a year or two things will take a turn for the better. Very disappointing.

I rate them a three star. They need to work on clear communication . I asked was it extra for lettuce and tomatoes. They said no and when i arrive i had to pay for tomatoes. The girl said i can replace an item on sample for fried green peppers they are not green peppers but jalapeños poppers . The sand which thought was getting grill green peppers paid extra but they were red had to take them off because i don’t like them on the sandwich. Overall the chicken steak taste good once i removed those peppers
