I have been visiting this store frequently for the last year and a half. I used to drink 3 cans of Mountain Dew daily until checking these guys out. Not only are they extremely friendly and helpful but I think of them as pretty great pals now too!! I typically drink 1 tea a day…sometimes 2 and very rarely consume pop anymore. When I do happen to have a pop it doesn’t taste nearly as good as in the paste and to be honest I feel pretty awful after from all the sugar! The shakes are great as well but the tea is my jam.

Great addition to Osceola. Very friendly and kind owners! I didn’t look at the hours close enough and put an order in too early, and because they happened to be in and it worked out, I was able to get my goods and get on the road. They did not have to do that for me, but super kind! My workplace was treated to some samples during a staff meeting just because our leader shares how much she appreciates us when she goes in and they wanted to give back! Superb experience!! Always greeted with a smile and tons of positive energy. Everything I’ve tried I’ve absolutely loved, it is all delicious. I do have an absolute favorite and Ihighly recommend the white chocolate cappuccino protein coffee. Everyone please go and try Cascade Nutrition, you won’t be disappointed!!

I stopped in to ask about weight management control, and Brett was able to answer all my questions and concerns. They sell Herbalife products and more at their establishment. Very welcoming environment. Very clean as well. I can’t wait to try the meal replacement shake and tea! The shots of aloe vera are awesome!
