We are excited to have teamed up with Bellevue Brewing Co. in their original brewery in Bellevue! The Brewery is a casual, family-friendly taproom just east of downtown Bellevue that can seat nearly 200 people; minors are welcome! It’s the most unique taproom space on the Eastside with a laid back atmosphere as well as private party rooms for groups anywhere from 12-50 people. We exclusively serve Bellevue Brewing’s craft beer, as well as rotating ciders, seltzers, and an extensive wine list. The highlight of our extensive food menu is our unique Neapolitan inspired wood fired pizza, but we also have delicious salads, appetizers, sandwiches and wood-fired chicken wings. You won’t be disappointed!

New to Washington and wanted to find some breweries to take my partner to. Cascadia did not disappoint! The beer, cider, pizza, wings anddd apple pie were amazing. I don’t drink beer so I loved that there were many cider options! Our waiter Mike was great. We will definitely be back. (the pizza was so good we got one to-go:)

First time today and the first impressions were amazing, super friendly and all of the team working was so nice. The food was even better. We tried the Sicario pizza and chicken wings, both are awesome, then we were presented a complimentary brisket pizza and a beautiful strawberry dessert pizza. Both were also delicious and the wolverine( brisket) pizza was absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend for any group or just for fun, plus’s they serve excellent local beer too!

We are always looking for pizza like the pizza we have enjoyed so much in Italy. Today we found it in Bellevue…an excellent crust, carefully topped with quality ingredients and cooked in an Italian wood-burning oven by people who know how to produce an outstanding pie. Overall – A good pizza place in Bellevue that serves made to order personal pizzas that are cooked in large brick ovens. I had the Cascadia Margherita pizza. It was good, but compared to a NYC pizza, I felt like it was missing something maybe it was just seasoning? Overall, the dough, the texture, everything else was spot on. So with the right toppings, I suspect the meal would have gone from good to excellent. The folks I ate with – who are regulars – love the place.

Oh baby! I wish I still lived in Bellevue now that the amazing Cascadia Pizza has opened up their latest franchise there. We visited around 6pm on a Sunday, and ordered 4 pizzas. They are still building out the interior, so no full sized pizzas yet, and no pesto sauce available just yet- but when they open fully in a few weeks they said they will have it all.

Great good! Got a soft pretzel, cider, pizza and the strawberry salad. The staff were really friendly, highly recommended sitting next to where they make the actual pizzas, so cool to watch. Also the sent home a free dessert pizza for being first time customer and it was delicious!
