I usually go to Casey’s late at night to grab food. I have been doing it for years but I will never spend another dime there. I went to pick up my food and the buns to my burger had flies on it. I watched a lady shoe the fly and say the flies are bad. She never offered to get me a new bun or anything. I live close by so I spend a lot of money in Casey’s. I have for years but never again..

I ordered their new thin crust pizza. I gotta say it was delicious. I ordered a sausage pizza. The crust was light and crispy and the flavor was excellent. They really knocked it out of the ballpark with this one. Congratulations.

attn McKenzie TN this is a public service announcement…….at approximately 1045 pm 4/27/2023 there was a Karen in public she was heard at Casey’s general store but I was successful in ignoring the ignorance that spewed from her mouth and was able to escape without confrontation…..my wife at my request orders a couple of pizzas so I walk up to get them and I decided to take my 3 yr old husky mix who just so happens to be my certified, (documented on a tag on her collar and on a card I carry in my wallet), service animal with me when it was time to pick them up. upon entering Casey’s a friend/neighbor was walking out which caught both of us slightly off guard and both of us temporarily forgot she was “working” and as the friend walked away she barked at him after all he had very abruptly stopped giving her attention way to soon and she needed more so how dare he walk away from her lol, anyways as I walk past the line at the register to grab my order is when I hear Karen inform the employee (and every customer inside the store) that she was not allowed to allow pets in the establishment so after successfully ignoring the dumber than life Karen and retrieving my pizzas I carried them to the front counter to pay for them and on my own accord I handed the cashier my service dog id card with my payment and I apologized to her for the ignorance displayed by Karen’s comment and politely informed her that the next time Karen speaks up she could politely but firmly inform Karen that service animals are most certainly allowed in the establishment. because next time Karen decides to speak I might be looking for a confrontation instead of to exhausted to GAF **** special note to assure that no staff on duty this evening at caseys in McKenzie TN said, did, acted, or even implied in any way that my service animal is a problem or issue and I will continue to do business with them regularly

I do like this store and go often. I did buy an expensive charging cord for my cell phone from there and at time of purchase the lady at the register said I could return it as long as I had my receipt. Well 2 days later I go to return it with my receipt and I’m told I can’t and there was a new sign that said these items unavailable for return but I was told the sign had been there for a while! So not happy about being stuck with a 20 cord.

Easy access from Highland Ave and Forrest St.. Posts their gas prices online as well as their full take out menu. This location does NOT have delivery, but I have picked up in store and used their curbside pickup with no issues. They have an online app that allows you to order online for your convenience. Pizza?…well, YES PLEASE!! This is the ONLY place that I would ever consider getting a CHEESE PIZZA!! I love pizza and all sorts of toppings, BUT I have fallen in love with their cheese!! Check out their rewards and points programs in their app. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating when I have visited.

Overall casey’s is great. I made my self an iced coffee, on a large fountain drink cup filled with ice i poured a medium hot regular coffee plus cream. The girl at the counter try to charge me $5. I asked her if it was right bc i go to other casey and im always charge like a large regular coffee. She said it was the cup they charge but i ask her how come soda is cheaper in the same cup and she just said bc is soda. I ended up not taking my coffee and went to the Dresden store wich is far mych better
