Good pizza by the slice–if you get it fresh. Sign on the door says small coffee for $1 for Rewards members. (I am). Got charged almost $2 for a cup of the strongest coffee I’ve ever tried to drink–and it was ‘Medium Roast’. A few minutes later, I was picking up some garbage near UTM and found a folded $1 bill. So that made up for apparently being over-charged at Casey’s.

I love going to Casey’s! It’s ultra convenient and super close to my job. They make excellent pizza and baked goods too! The staff are super friendly and have always followed CDC guidelines on masks. The gas prices are normally lower and the rewards program rocks!

Always enjoy the subs that they make. We periodically get subs and a drink from the coolers as a quick bite. We’ve also ordered pizza delivery from here as well and their pizza is delicious and at a reasonable price. I also like the consistency between their locations. You pretty much know where what you are looking for is because they are the same in all their stores. I haven’t been in a Casey’s that wasn’t clean or had poor service.

I called to find out what the speciality pizza consists of. The lady on duty today at 5 when I called did not produce good customer service at all. I asked what all was in the pizza and she sigh like she didnt care apparently she dont know. She said some chicken and some kind of cheese she just seem not to know her products. After her tone of voice and not making me feel welcom, I chose to take my business else where. Training is very important when dealing with the public, she need training updates
