We went in at 6 am for coffee and the girl was sitting on a chair behind the counter playing on her phone. The coffee machines had flies all over them with empty creamers and coffee beans all over under and on top of the machines. The floor was gritty and slippery with powder. Nothing was stocked. It’s just gross and at 6 AM there is no excuse. The fact that it was coffee beans means it’s the employees making them mess not the customers. I got a cappuccino only because it was the only machine not sticky and covered in flies.

Always a line at the counter. Only one employee on register everytime I’ve been. Oh, and nobody knows how to put receipt paper in at the pumps because they are always empty. you will always have to go in and wait even for just a receipt.

Stop accepting orders that you aren’t able to make in time this is the third time that I’ve tried to order a pizza and I made sure this time that I ordered in enough time and I still had to wait over 20 minutes just to go inside to be told that nobody even started on my food yet I was on my lunch break and I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break to not only drive here but you also wait an extra 20 minutes for my pizza to come out. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.

Pulled up at 9 pm on a Friday night. Canopy lights all on. Web says open till 10 pm. But 1/2 the lights inside are off and the store is closed.

Came in at 10 min til 11p on our way home Sunday July 14 2019 and was told laughingly by 2 employees that the kitchen was closed when we asked about getting a pizza. They then took the food out of the warmer to throw away before we could purchase those. We are from out of state passing through and was told this was a great place for pizza. I will never again come to this location. I wish I could give this negative stars bit 1 will have to do.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager has no idea what she is doing. The employees in the morning are great, but have zero direction. The brand new store is never stocked, and thus has to be losing tons in revenue. Many other Caseys around the area are great gas stations to go to. But this one, Ashley, the general manager has completely ran into the ground. She leaves on breaks to go home for hours on end, and doesn’t show back up for days. Our company and employees give this store $2500 each month and we are completely fed up with the upper management of this store. Something needs to be done.

There are two employees at the new Casey’s on st.rt.49 just outside of Englewood Dayton area, they are twins. These two employees walked right by my son and I at the register and turned there nose too us and kept up with their conversation. This went on for 8 min. Finally another employee that was on her brake came and rang us up, there was a bit of a line by then. I like Casey’s they have great prices, but two very bad employees, guess its double the trouble with these twins. Get rid of them please they are so rude!

It doesn’t matter if this gas station is busy or not you’re always going to wait at the cash register they’re so slow! The manager here is horrible and I would not recommend going to Casey’s on the corner of Union and Rte 49.
