04/25/23 Edit: I quit going to this store haven’t been there in a year and it’s right by my house. I decided to walk there today and see if the customer service is any better and the older lady cashier was rude to me again for no reason. I dropped my debit card somewhere along the walk between home and Casey’s. I walked in to ask if anyone had turned in my card and she answered with a rude NO. I said I was in here earlier and I lost my debit card she didn’t even let me finished and answered NO. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. I’m sorry this lady is obviously miserable but you just don’t know what people are going through in their life. Just be nice, it’s not that hard. If she can’t do that maybe she should not work in customer service. I won’t be back to this Casey’s. Previous review: The customer service at this store is so bad. The cashiers are not friendly and will see you buy all this stuff and not offer you a bag. They will watch you put all your items in your pocket and not offer a bag. I quit going to this store a couple months ago and decided to give it another try and nope same old stuff . Caseys needs to train their cashier’s in customer service.

I’m a local, frequent customer. The regular gas always runs good but I’ve had two times now that the premium didn’t run too great in the Harley(which never happens). Lots of room around the islands(for boats,trailers), free air, clean restrooms, good sandwiches and pizza(no deli set up?), great fountain drinks with cups that keep it cold for hours. This is my regular stop.

It is 100% illegal to deny service to someone for any medical reason that they are not able to wear a mask.i was just denied service was never even asked any questions was just ordered to leave was treated absolutely nothing but disrespectfully I will never come back to this gas station and I promise you I will contact the Better Business Bureau. The 3 things I set on the counter were removed and not given to me. they’re wearing masks and you have plastic partitions this is absolutely uncalled for.i didn’t need treated that way nor do I deserve it. The little millennials you have working are sure to destroy your business. I cannot believe how I was just treated.

Good place to grab a quick bite if you’re on the go plus friendly staff. Today I had just finished my shift unloading for a store across the road so I decided to stop in for a couple slices and a coke. I was having trouble unlocking my bank card due to lack of phone reception so I stepped out of the way to let the guy behind me go while I sorted it ou . He generously offered to pay for my lunch while I fumbled with my phone. Graciously I let him as he got it under control before I could so I have him thanks and went on to exit the building. Turns out he was the owner lol. Thanks again Mr. Casey!

Normally we dont have any issues with this place mainly because we dont go here very often. But tonight my husband wasnt impressed with the cashier at the main counter. To start he said he had to wait at least 2 min before even being acknowledged (he was the only one at the counter) because she was playing on her phone. Second, We got a gift card for Christmas and didnt know the balance of it. When he asked of she could scan it to see what the balance was, she replied with “I cant do that”…I have had someone check a balance there before with no issue what so ever, so we were kinda mad that she wouldnt check for us. Third, my husband asked for an amount to be put into our tank in hopes that the gift card had that amount. When she rang it up the amount on the card was less than what we asked. My husband asked if she could clear the transaction and re do it for the amount on the card and she said no. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep in mind he was the only one at the counter meaning he wasnt blocking a line of people and wasnt asking for anything complicated.
