I have gone here quite a few times. The chain is great in IL and IA. This store is sad. There were 6 employees. Only old sandwiches and zero wraps salads etc. There was only one pizza offering. There were 5 individuals behind the front counter (one on her phone) and one person in the kitchen. It’s disappointing. I tried ordering through the App. The person in the kitchen stated “I didn’t get no orders”. Dear Casey’s what’s up???

Imagine it’s a Saturday at 11 am. You walk into Casey’s expecting some kind of pizza- nope. No pizza. There’s 45 cheeseburgers in the case but zero pizza. I asked a worker if there’s any pizza in the oven or when there will be a pizza coming out and she gave a nonchalant attitude/look and said “there’s no pizza in the oven I haven’t even started on pizzas today” wow. 11am on a Saturday!

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is horrible. Their system is almost always messed up, cards don’t work at pumps, slow system if you go inside, sometimes they don’t even have gas. The ONLY good things about this place are 1. they have the type of gas I use (E88) which is hard to find & 2. I get cash back on my UPSIDE app.

This place is a joke can’t wait for the two that work there to quit so I don’t have to go back in there ever. The management isn’t the greatest. That fact that the main boss thinks it’s ok to let 1 person work at the gas station at night is not right then going yell at them for not wanting to is wrong. People don’t keep food in the warmer. Fountain pop ares is always dirty. Casey’s in Ashley is not great no more.

After stopping yesterday for fuel for the third time since store opening, I noticed a few signs advertising their pizza, and in app ordering offering carside pickup of such. A little later I decided I’d give it a go. Ordered about 4, set time for 430 pickup. Arrived at 430, but unfortunately had to wait 15 minutes til someone walked out with my pizza. They didn’t appear to be busy but being they are still new in town I’ll give em a break on that this time. Hopefully that doesn’t happen everytime. I’m not a huge fan of taco pizza to begin with, but visually it looked good and tasted alright. They don’t include taco sauce so I added some myself which improved it. As for the Hawaiian, I was a little disappointed in the first slice. Cutting of that pizza was a bit erratic and could be improved on. But my main problem was that It was very greasy, so much that the crust had gotten soggy from it, and everything just slipped off the crust. I expected greasy, but the first slice was just too much. Having said that, I grabbed a second slice after letting the pizza set for 20 minutes or so and it was much better. This morning I put a slice in the air fryer and crust had no sogginess left, and it was much better than that first slice I had tried. Taco pizza after putting in air fryer a day later was much better as well. So maybe I’ll see if they can bake a little longer next time Overall not bad pizza as long as you don’t get an extra greasy piece where the crust gets soggy. Would be better if bbq sauce was option for sauce instead of just marinara, taco sauce for the taco pizza and maybe more seasoning on crust itself, but still good pizza. App ordering and curbside pickup is a big plus. I’ll give it another go in the future.

Just about everytime I went in there there was always something that was not working. Cash register, card machine and the gas pumps seemed to be a repeat issue. The rewards program absolutely sucked! the amount of money that you had to spend just to get enough points for the cheapest of merchandise was outrageous! I use to stop in for breakfast, gasoline etc before heading to work as it was relatively close and somewhat convenient but just about every other day when I would go in there would be maybe 2-3 items in the food warmer displays at most all of which appeared to have been in there for some time and not a single person in sight behind the counter or if there was they would just be standing around doing absolutely nothing. From time to time there would be a gal working there who would always have the breakfast food pretty well stocked, was always very polite and very helpful, unfortunately I did not catch her name she’s tall, long blonde hair and I believe she had hearing aids if I’m not mistaken. Also, the last time I was in there I had purchased a pack of cigarettes and of course out of courtesy and because it’s obviously the law I had pulled my ID card from my wallet to show the cashier and when I went to hand it to her she basically threw herself like a two year old child as if she were about to have a temper tantrum and in a snobby and definitely rude tone of voice said “I don’t need to see it! you can just tell me your date of birth!” I will definitely never go back to that dump again! If it were up to me I wouldn’t of given this place a single star because it definitely doesn’t deserve it unfortunately thanks to Google reviews I was forced to give it one!

I was in there two days ago and the cashier. Her name was Beverly was extremely rude to me. I was using my Apple Pay because I forgot my wallet at home and the machine messed up and I was standing there and she started yelling at me. She said repeated it twice for me to move over to the other cash register, which I never heard her say that I needed to switch over, I just think the service could’ve been a lot better and it wasn’t my fault that the machine that the cashier was working locked up on her I like Casey’s overall as a store that breakfast food and coffee is extremely good and I’ve never had to experience that type of rudeness out of a cashier before.

Nothing like going in to prepay for gas and the cashier put it as cash and I was using debit card. she made me use ATM to get cash to pay. straight up said I don’t know how to fix it. So got charged their 3.00 ATM fee plus my bank fee to pay for gas. Good job on screwing people. Was a everyday shopper. Won’t go back now.
