Very unprofessional management from the store manager & 1st Assistant all the way to the kitchen manager. They do NOT take peoples concerns seriously, even when it came to expired food being sold! I would not recommend working under the management that is there right now nor would I be eating from there. People don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad management. That store has gone down hill in a short period of time. You can’t express your concern without the fear of being terminated.

Worst business I’ve seen in a while. Absolutely ZERO management employed at this current time. They treat their employees with utter disrespect and like expendable trash. As a former kitchen manager I can tell you for a FACT there is no employee training, and since I threw my back out dealing with a truck order, they also refuse to handle workers comp. I’m currently in collections because of their negligence. Even after calling corporate numerous times. No wonder this business is a complete failure. They’re nothing more than clown shoes. Ps…. a lawsuit WILL be coming their way due to neglect of workers comp. Thanks Casey’s

This is one of the worst gas stations I have ever been to. Their machines are always out. They’re employees are lazy. Caseys should be ashamed to have this Caseys apart of their franchise. I recommend Hucks or Marathon over this gas station. They also discriminate against people with disabilities.

This location always seems to have an excuse why your online order is never done on time (waited 30 minutes longer) such as, we are short staffed, the online order was down… Always something. Im waiting to hear “sure your puzza is ready on time”. Pizza is good though.

Gas station attendant and around 5 in the morning on 12-28-18 told me she had just baked the apple fritters in the donut case fresh this morning so I bought one. It didn’t feel very fresh when I picked it up but I bought it anyway cause I was hungry and I like fritters. When I ate it a bit later at work it was cold and stale and nasty. She obviously lied to me to make a sale. She didn’t have to do that cause I would have bought it anyway but at least if she didn’t say anything I wouldn’t be expecting a warm fresh tasty fritter. Evil woman.

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked when issues were brought up to them they decided the best course of action is to fire the person telling them the issues happening and when they are told about bread that is days old and bad they just say “stop being hateful to the people who work in the kitchen they are doing the best they can” in my opinion that’s not hateful that is just looking out for the customers and honestly I only worked there for 3 months but in that time I experienced the worst showing of management and communication from any where I’ve ever worked the place is just going down hill faster and faster.

I pulled in 5 minutes before they opened and got out of my truck and stood at the door in the cold on my phone and to show how extra welcoming they are, they turned off the pump lights and inside lights. (I guess that’s the kind of rude behaviors you get away with when you’re neighbors with local PD! Haha

They never have enough product made in the mornings or they are out of cups and regular items. Always short staff. Casey’s in Lynnville and Boonville is much better!
