I love Casey’s grew up in Iowa. But wouldn’t reccomend this Casey’s. When I pulled up they were having issues with paying at the pump. No big deal things happen so I walked in and asked for my gas on pump 3 there was some confusion on which pump but it seemed like she had it figured out. I payed and went back out and the pump wouldn’t work. So I went back in and she told me that she had put it on pump 3 and that since I hung up the pump it would put the money back on my card. So I payed again and went back out. When I got out there and started to pump gas the lady that was next to me at pump 4 told me that she had gotten the gas that I got the first time. So I ended up having to pay for gas twice. Luckily the lady was nice enough to give me cash she had on hand. Disappointed that the cashier deceived me so she wouldn’t have to deal with putting the gas on the wrong pump.

You charged me $0.59 for a cup of ice when I used my own cup. Here I stop and buy your gas, filling up. Spending $126.65 in gas and you are going to charge for the ice. Not the cup. Just the ice. I will NEVERS do business with a Casey’s anywhere ever again.

Nice place to stop and get some gas and snacks. The gas prices were reasonable and plenty of space to maneuver pumps. The staff were friendly and quick to checkout.

The food and drink quality has gone down. Food left too long in warmer, and tea started to turn. Ice cream machine needs adjusted, wouldn’t hold cone shape from machine to register. It’s hit or miss on the cashier if they are friendly. Someone needs to teach the manager and lead how to use the lottery machine. On several different occasions, I’ve had to leave without the ticket I wanted or wait for someone who knows how to do what I needed. The manager had to call someone. I tried to tell them, but they assumed I was stupid. In the end, I learned my suggestion was correct. They don’t even know how to scan the barcodes for playslips on the app.. If you say something to the manager, he seems disinterested and aloof. They really need a new manager or send current for more training. I don’t know if corporate is cutting costs or the manager, food quality is down. I have NEVER gotten the correct order when calling in or using the app.. IDK if they just read it wrong or don’t care. Food overcooked and dry, toppings missing. For now, I say eat at the Marathon.

We were headed home pulling our trailer on HWY 64 and stopped by Casey’s for Pizza, Breadsticks and Drink. First time having their Pizza and Breadsticks and it was Awesome! The Staff was friendly and the store was clean! One of the staff loves Halloween so, she decorated the store so Cute! Very nicely done.

Every morning they only have one register running and it’s always packed. Two of the gas pumps won’t take my debit card so I have to drive around and find one that does work correctly.
