Terrible managers. Parked the truck for the offload in front of the store in the handicap spots. Had to help a gentleman with one leg and a walker walk down the sidewalk from the opposite side of the building because they had the semi truck parked right in front so they can put the ramp from the truck inside the building so they can stay warm and make the job easier all the while while handicapped customers have to walk down an icy sidewalk with a walker and one leg. I said something about it to them and they did not care. Said that’s just how it is. This is the laziest thing I have seen in a long time. Boone should park in a handicapped spot but handicapped people. Not your delivery truck so your life is easier. Tall white guy and short black woman working there should be fired. Very ride and bad for business.

I agree with Shannon as I experience this store has terrible customer service, I’m a doordasher and I’ve had an order for 20 minutes before arriving to pick up and they just got the order when I asked apparently then got shifty with me and told me I could either wait or have another driver come and get it. I will recommend all my customers to avoid ordering from this location. And your automated response to my concern will not help because it doesn’t fix the problem it doesn’t make anyone feel better because we all know your not going to make the necessary changes to remedy the problem terrible employees.

Carmen is great, she’s friendly and helpful. Is nice to be recognized when you go in. All of the folks who work here are nice and pleasant. Great service and that’s hard to find anymore at alot of businesses.

I used to really like their pizza, today I ordered a pizza, arrived to pick it up. There wasn’t anyone at the pizza counter, so I got my drink like normal went to the register and said hey I had an online order. She pointed me over to the pizza counter. I waited an additional few minutes to no avail. I waited some more and was still left with no pizza. After 12 minutes of waiting I left. It appeared my pizza had been made, and I’m confused as to why no one tendered the pizza, I am however grateful I ordered it to be payed for upon arrival, and not before. Won’t be returning to this location.

Worse Casey’s EVER!!!! This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered pizza and go to pick it up, to only find out there weren’t vegetables. I understand (somewhat) when you are out of something, but wait to tell me until I pick it up? And more than once. Bad employees, bad management, even worse service.

Over past 5 months every time I’ve tried to call (more than a dozen times) to place an order or address an order placed because Door Dash is calling me saying they can’t find the store or because it doesn’t register on their gps they can’t pick the order up, the store NEVER answers the phone. They have never once answered their phone! I’ve never experienced a Casey’s as bad as this one.

The last two delivery orders here have been a nightmare with door dash hand off ordered through caseys. Some kind of address issue when the order is handed off to door dash the don’t get a pick up address or a wrong one. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering for delivery from caseys and skip the aggravation

I love caseys general store. I have been in a lot over the past year. This store has some amazing employees and some not so good ones. But I guess that’s why it is still going because of the good ones keeping it up. Keep up the good work. The amazing employees I want to say thank you to are Melissa , Nell’s, Amanda , the really tall guy in the kitchen ,and Jamie. Keep up the amazing work. Can’t wait to stop in again hope that one of you will be working.

not really cool on the pizza today. did an online order moments ago. was suppose to be picked up 30 mins after ordering for curbside. got there, noticed the cook was up front standing and talking while the lady that was suppose to be at the register was out smoking and talking on her phone. after waiting about 10 mins a few more customers came so the smoking lady came in and cook went to her station. I called and let’s just say there was too much talking and not enough of job doing. my pizzas weren’t even ready. so had to wait longer. a hour has passed by then. did get free cheese sticks out of the deal but the pizza was gross. there is so much cheese on it to cause constipation for a month. pizza was so greasy and soggy from all the cheese.

Most workers were respectful and polite, but one (a manager, I believe) was very loudly saying she refused to wear a mask and wouldn’t make people wear them in her store. Also, the person making pizzas was not wearing a mask. If that bothers you, I’d get your pizza and gas elsewhere.
