Had to come back to the store 3 times before my pizza was done because it took 40 minutes longer than my promised pickup time. Normally I would give the benefit of the doubt, but the second time I came back I found the lady who was working the kitchen chit-chatting with the lady working the cash register. When they saw me the lady working the kitchen commented that she needed to finish making a pizza and hurried back to the kitchen. I went to the register to pay and found that the pizza she had not yet completed was mine. I left again after paying and came back over 40 mins after my original pickup time to finally get my pizza. When I started going to this location 5 years ago the staff was fantastic, and I would have genuinely put them up against anyone in the country. In the last three years the employees have gone steadily down hill. Most of the interactions I have with the staff are extremely unprofessional, and today was no different. This will likely be the last time I use this Casey’s location. The competition has gotten better as their quality has declined. In my opinion most of the staff should be fired and replaced with people who can manage at least mediocre professionalism while at the workplace.

Almost all of their pumps are down every time I go. They either have the yellow out of service bags, or the card readers are blocked and not working. One time I found a pump, but it pumped at a rate of a cent worth every few seconds. I go because it’s a convenient location, but I’ve left several times without getting gas. Needs maintenance!

I ordered a pizza Tuesday night & it had all slid to one side of the box.. not just the cheese but the pepperoni & crust, too. The employees are nice enough but I’m pretty bummed on this pizza. I took a picture to upload but for some reason I’m not able to.

It seems every time I try to get gas from these pumps there are several with yellow bags over the pumps/not working and also impossible to get receipts printed. Going inside is a cluster-usually one worker seems to be only one hustling to help and the others pretend to be too busy to check out people in line. I have always gassed up at Casey’s but this particular location is subpar. Is your management poor? Are you hiring unreliable workers? Is the work atmosphere so negative that it spills out to all other aspects of this store?

I got a pizza from here and I felt the bread was undercooked, the cheese was undercooked, the pizza was so greasy and fell apart easily, and the people there were so rude. I also got some Dr Pepper Cream soda and it was water and the lady ignored me for a good minute and then said “what” I said, “the Dr pepper cream soda was just water” and she says in a rude way “oh” and continued to stand there.
