These aholes know the Walmart employees take their lunch at around 2 am, yet they inconsistently “close” for maintenance or updates or plain just dissapear. During the day for the past 2 years it was pretty alright, but the past 2 months has been hell just to get lunch at night. I know they can update, maintain and more whilst checking customers at the same time cause they have done it before. There is occasionally a nice gentleman who explained to me exactly how it could be done. Apparently these current idiots can’t figure it out or simply don’t care. Don’t come here at night anymore, it sucks harder than your blow up doll attached to a vacuum.

My god this place is horrible. Every single day the dude with long hair and glasses aka the trans millennial goes and hides when it gets busy so the line wraps to the atm. All while they keep rising prices. Might as well just go to Walmart. Oh and when cards were not working I used the atm it says $3 transaction fee but it’s really $5. Just another way for Casey’s to screw you.

Don’t go before 5 am. Guy behind counter doing inventory and could not accept payment. Put a sign on window temp closed or something. Don’t tell me it be a minute and I left after 8min. I got places to be today. I’ll go get food else where. He was very rude and didn’t give 2cents worth.

Came here on 10/06/22 around 3:35 pm to get some snacks before I went to an appointment out of town. I have never experienced such horrible and embarrassing service in my life! I used to love stopping at this location but not anymore. On 10/06 there was a hefty line of about 10 people because the card reader was malfunctioning for every transaction for every single customer. When it became my turn in line I was prompted to insert my card 3x and let it reject it out. The women who was working had a nasty attitude to say the least. Following her instructions I did as I was told. She then started to yell at me in front of a long line of customers that I took my card out to early. She harshly flipped the card reader around as she yelled ..GREAT NOW YOU FROZE MY SCREEN! She said your not touching the card reader yet as she blocked me from doing so by flipping the card reader. Once she got her screen un frozen she SNATCHED my credit card out of my hand and proceeded to do the transaction herself. The whole time she is verbally being very rude. Before it was my turn I also witnessed her have this attitude towards the person in front of me. I was in such shock of being treated this way that I had no words at the time. I was very patient with the wait and even greeted her with a pleasant tone hoping to cheer her day up but what I got instead was verbal assault. This women needs training on how to handle stressful situations. You should also never ever snatch someone’s card away without permission. I highly doubt I’ll be back to this location of fear I will run into this worker again.

I ordered a Taco pizza…what I got was a crust that separated, part of the crust didn’t have toppings, most of the pizza was missing sauce and what little Lettuce was on there was just in the center.

We visited this Casey’s on 9/11/22 and were helped by Torin at the cash register. He was very helpful and friendly and gave us great service. He asked his coworker (Crystal)and question about the cost of a new seasonal hot drink, to which she yelled in response across the store “I CANT HEAR YOU! YES IT IS!” In a very condescending tone. She then continued to mock him to another coworker loud enough that we could all hear. It was obvious that he has been treated like this for a while from Crystal. He continued to have a positive attitude and was very friendly during this whole experience. Nobody should be treated the way Torin was treated by crystal. This is unacceptable.
