Overall great experience, was having trouble with my card at the pump but was offered help by one of the employees. I followed her inside and she took care of the issue right away, it seemed to be she was the only one running around that location cleaning and helping customers while the other employee was busy in the kitchen. You guys have yourself a great employee! Also got a good conversation out of the interaction which I greatly appreciated. Thank you again Angie, She was a big help! This will definitely be my new stop while driving through Chariton.

Staff is friendly & personable. Between 12M and 3am pasteries are half price. Sometimes there is way too much frosting on them-but they are good enough to take the time to scrape off the extra!

I do Casey’s on Main Street and Chariton five stars because they deserve it the lady with the gray hair that makes the pizza for me and everyone else is always done a wonderful job she’s the best pizza maker around between the other stores she’s been working at a long time she told me and she has her job the only thing she doesn’t love is when she has no help behind there and she’s doing it all by herself customer service is always nice business is always nice and clean my experiences have always been good ones and the pizza has never disappointed me as long as the white haired lady is working anyone else working back there for pizza normally sucks!! I think anyone that works that hard and is that dedicated at doing a wonderful job should be given a raise or a pat on the back at least just cuz you run through so many people out there that are lazy and doesn’t want to work and don’t care and that just puts the extra work on the people that to like their job and wanted to be good. I’ve always said give it a couple weeks if they don’t get better get rid of them there’s always someone that needs a job that’s worth hiring eventually you’ll find the good ones and you have a very good pizza maker in the little white haired lady, she goes above and beyond her job!!

They DO NOT keep their at pump receipts working. When you use a card at the pumos, you still have to go inside to get a receipt. NOT efficient for service.
