I placed an online order for a pizza and when I arrived they hadn’t received it. I work in the customer service industry and I get it, sometimes technology fails. They were welcoming and apologetic as they quickly made my pizza. The order was free along with a soda I decided to add. The pizza is still great quality despite being made quickly. I appreciate they took the effort to make the moment right for me and because of that I am giving them a 5 star rating!

The last two delivery drivers I have had were very nice. Both women, both had a fun personality and really felt like they represented Casey’s perfectly. I have only had one bad order and it was a new worker so i totally understand. Great food , great service.

The last 3 times I’ve placed an order, I’ve had to finish cooking the pizza at my place because the dough was still pretty raw. 2/3 times the pizza was also late and 1 time they brought the breadsticks without marinara.

Service is hit or miss, sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s mediocre. The pizza is the one thing I HATE, but literally everyone I know loves. I will often times express how offended I am that they have the audacity to call this nightmarish monstrosity a pizza. The crust is basically soggy cardboard, if you bend the crust in half and pick up the ‘pizza’ it will sag down at a 90 degree angle, not only this, but if you hold it there for a few seconds the entirety of the soup they call cheese will slide right off the slice. the crust is trying to be a Brooklyn style pizza crust, but it ends up being a slightly crunchy on the outside, wad of grease soaked cardboard with the structural integrity of warm gelatin. I’m pretty sure that I’ve ranted with more screaming and more insults about the fact that this disgrace is highly regarded as good pizza, more than any other problems I have with the world.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE. Our order was wrong and I called to let them know and see if they could help get it fixed. In return he sat on the phone and said I’ll argue with you all night as you did not ask for flat bread, which I did reason I called to complain. I NEVER leave reviews but promise, my family will not be visiting this Casey’s ever again. Their are a lot of other gas stations with much better customer service. Very disappointed as it could have been a simple fix. To add to it, there promo they offered was brownies which they forgot for the 2nd time. That was the least of my worries. They have a lot to do to get this location back to what it use to be. Go ahead and use Kum & Go two located in Grimes and they also offer great food with ALOT better service.

Ordered delivery at 4:59 and was told it would be approx 6:04 for felivery time. I called at 6:40 to check on status, I was told order was not in the system under my name or address. I asked if the invoice number I received via email would help and I was told they can not search by that number. After a couple minutes I was told it was in it’s way and should arrive shortly. Pizza arrived at 6:53.

Great pizza. Use the app when you know they’re gonna be busy, delivery is 4:30pm to 9pm. Or call in your order early and have it delivered or ready for carryout when you want.

I ordered a pizza and it was super messy. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes while one of the lady’s made another pizza and then told other customers she was sick. (Which is uncomfortable thinking of how she was handling food). Then I got home and found a hair in my pizza. Sigh. Everyone was very nice but I’m disappointed. I’ll probably be getting my pizza at the Caseys on Meredith from now on.

I just came in to get my wife a sub and some pops. I waited by the sub counter for a few minutes before someone noticed me. No big deal! I wasn’t mad, just being patient. Then the guy with glasses and a beard came over. He looked annoyed. Acted annoyed the whole time he made my sub. I definitely felt like I inconvenienced him. He said nothing to me. He even appeared to be making my sub extra slow to further try to make me mad. Sorry pal, not mad. Just want people to know how you might be treated if this is the guy helping you.
