Advertising decent price on gas but that octane isn’t available. Contactless isn’t available at the pump, either. Hardware is there, but all pumps are labeled “this pay option is not currently supported.” Generally Casey’s is my go to across the state, but this one does not seem to have its act together.

Was driving through on 1/28 and purchased a milk for pregnant wife. She drank about half of the bottle, and mentioned to be that it tasted funny.. Low and behold, expired on 1/21. After a night of sickness, she is doing better, but still annoyed as this was completely unavoidable. I am very surprised that this expired dairy product remained on the shelves a week after expiring with no QC. I understand it is small town store, but simple due diligence for those you serve.

I would not give them one star. I have been a customer of this particular Casey’s store for years. I fill up my gas tank 6 days a week at this store. On 10/6 I filled my tank as usual and went into the store to get a bottle of tea. Upon entering the store I notice a young woman at the register with huge fake eye lashes. In my life I have never seen anyone wearing fake eye lashes like that I decided I should take a picture with I may add is perfectly legal as I was to far away to get a clear picture I decided not to take a picture and put my phone away I approached the young lady placed my tea on the counter and answered the usual questions yes no and thank you was the extent of our conversation.on 10/7 I went to Casey’s as usual and filled up with gas only today I was approached by two police officers who proceeded to tell me that the young woman I had in counterd had called them and told them that someone told her I had I had taken her picture wich I did not she also told them I was speaking in a threatening manor and I previously on different occasions was in the store acting in a threatening manor. I have decided not to patronize this store any longer. The night shift cashier is rude ,lazy, slow. it seems like it is a personal insult to her to even come in while she is there. She complains every time , she seems agrivated if she has to sell lottery tickets, check lottery tickets. She makes rude comments about having to accept 50s or 100s. I use caseys almost exclusively but I will go to kum and go after 10pm. That way i am causing her any undue stress. Its really not a decision that I made easily. I prefer doing my business at caseys. Maybe if a few more regular customers stop shopping at this store things will get changed. On a brighter note .. it should be mentioned The rest of the crew are pleasant hard working people who maintain a very clean well stocked and well ran store . Unfortunately the chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

It was time for them to be open in the morning. One guy was sitting at the gas pump as I pulled in and the lights still wasn’t on. It was after 5am and both employees were outside smoking. The guy at the pump and myself left and went to kum and go.

Not sure if they’re a gas or a food place. If they’re a food place it might help if they acknowledge people standing in line waiting to order food. I thought, score I can get gas and dinner on the quick… 5 minutes later in line the tall scrawny guy behind the counter has wandered past me like 4 or 5 times waiting for a pizza to cook….. I guess your people aren’t supposed to multitask? First and now only time I try to get food from this place.

Good clean new store. One of your larger caseys stores. My only complaint is the food carousel was emptyn save a few pieces of pizza that look like they were left to burn to death in the Gobi desert. Probably just the time of day I entered the store.
