I stumbled into this Casey’s and goodness it was a rude awakening. This is probably the worst Casey’s I’ve been in and will never come back here again. Most of the fountains drinks were out of order. They don’t offer lemonade. I had a Kum and go cup for refills and had to answer a series of questions. The rather hefty cashier was rude and should not be working and fronting the store. The cashier didn’t greet any of the customers. She didn’t say “thank you” to anyone There were 3 employees stocking. Most of the isles were blocked off and this is at 3pm..prime time on a Thursday. They should find a different hour to pick for stocking the shelves. Highly not recommended. Go find a QT or Kum & Go.

Well lived here a year now and your better off to stop at one of the other 2 Casey’s in town. This is a nice store not old an small but seems no one cares. Go in for a cappuccino and was only water. Tell gal behind counter and 5 min later she comes out from behind only to wipe down the ketchup and mustard as im standing there waiting still. She looked at me twice as she came and went from kitchen. I finally left and drove the .5 mile to another store.

I ordered a large taco pizza and a medium pepperoni I had a coupon for a free medium with the purchase of a specialty pizza they charged me for both and took one penny off for the pepperoni went in to get a refund told me that they would credit back to my card still haven’t got a credit. I am done with this Casey’s so unprofessional the way the manager acts.

Long time customer and most of the time I don’t have any complaints. Ordered a pizza tonight and I am beyond disappointed. First it’s not cut at all, it’s doughy in spots and there was no taco sauce. And due to the stupid idea to use doordash I can’t get it replaced. Caseys should of never went through doordash and kept the deliveries through the workers at the store. I just wasted money and I will not be ordering again. The pizza is supposed to be made right and cooked. Couldn’t even bother to cut it. Need to get better employees and stop using doordash.

Id Rate 0 if possible, they always are unfriendly here 90% of the time they can’t make your food you order. Then they won’t call to inform you they can’t until you show up 1hr later to pick up your food. Apparently they are always short staffed is what they use for a excuse every time I order here. I will never go back again. Tired of there excuses and poor lack of Customer Service.

The delivery guy Dell. He’s absolutely awesome. Always so friendly! Pizza is great 98% of the time. Sometimes they add to much cheese or not enough. Same goes for the sauce. Overall best pizza in town hands down! The store is always clean and friendly as well.

We have ordered many times even when they are super busy. Tonight at 445pm 2/12/17 i ordered a Canadian bacon pizza. It was awful. Crust is usually nice and soft and lots of cheese. Tonight the crust was thin and dry and hard. There was hardly any cheese on it. It was awful. Very disappointed. Certainly not worth the money
