There is often a line of people waiting for one cashier. They don’t put as many toppings on their pizza as other Casey’s stores in the area. But most of the people working the registers are very friendly.

Prepay idk how much it’s to fill up. Would say this makes an extra step in the cold in and back out before I can pump before I can pump but I can’t walk. But can’t walk because I’m paralyzed and in a wheelchair and in winter time have to deal with this o wait forgot why I don’t do Casey’s again. You have prepayment in play. Have a great day. The last time we got pizza from Casey’s on Scenic Valley, north of town, we had to wait an additional 30 past the pick up time. When we arrived the person doing the cooking was chatting with another worker at the counter, while our wings sat out on the counter in the kitchen. When we got home the sauce was wrong. I figured with the service that I received I should count myself lucky to have gotten the food at all. So I did not call to complain.

Very disappointed to find out that when we went to pick up our pizzas at 700, as that is when I was told they would be ready, they hadn’t even started them!! I normally use the Milo location but they closed their kitchen because someone didn’t show up to work. Everytime, which is rare, that I use the Casey’s east location there is a problem!! If you are busy and it is going to be awhile just say so-dont tell someone a time to be there and the pizza not even be started!!

I love Casey’s! They have great locations and easy access. Every city I work in has one. The food is very good. Their pizza is delicious. I know many people who only get pizza from Casey’s. I go to a Casey’s every work day. The restrooms are always clean. I drive for my job so that is important to me. I use their app so I get discounts, free drinks or food. Thanks Casey’s!

Terrible place for pizza delivery. 3 times in a row order has been messed up. 1st time came with the wrong pizza and waited almost another hour to get the right one. 2nd time forget part of our order and waited another 40 minutes for the rest of it. The 3rd time received again the wrong order and burned chicken wings. (Was told only have boneless)

Called five times this evening to try and order a pizza. Each time the phone rang and rang until it automatically hung up on me. Yes I could have ordered online but it gives you a false time your food will be ready, leaving your food to sit on top of the oven. I don’t know why I even try with this Casey’s anymore.

I don’t like having to prepay or have to use debit card. I don’t like the food being the same week after week. I don’t like the fact that gas is 15 or 20 cents cheaper 10 miles west of Pella. Am really thinking about the git and go station, as it seems Casey’s has three stations here to there one.

Absolutely disgusting. Employee working the kitchen used the same gloves she was mopping with to try and build my sandwich. When I asked her to current gloves she didn’t even bother to wash her hands. Thanks for the food poisoning.

We waited 35 minutes to get 3 identical subs this afternoon. One family of 3 was in the process of having their sandwiches made when we arrived. The staff gave every excuse why she couldn’t make all 3 at the same time assembly line style, aka faster. She told me flies would get on them and yet if that was her worry, then why leave 3 bins of ingredients open? Then she told she couldnt make 3 at once aa it was company policy. Every Caseys I’ve ever bought subs from prior does this and is happy to have an easy order. If you want food in a reasonable time, don’t go here. She told the person after us they would have to wait 8 min for something and they walked.
