Wanted to order pizza for dinner because family from out of town was coming and they love Casey’s taco pizza. Looked online and saw the shortest wait was this location at 20 minutes when others were 50. Ordered the taco pizza, brisket pizza and cheese sticks. Went to pick up the order at the time specified and they said they were running a little behind – had to wait another 45 minutes. When we got the pizzas and cheese bread home and opened the boxes, the cheese bread was a little more well done than usual and very crispy on the edges but could be eaten. The taco pizza looked like toppings were forgotten or skimped on ALOT… there were maybe 3 total Doritos chips crumbled on top – had to look to see them, and the lettuce was as bad – maybe 4 leaves off the outer darkest green limpest part of a head of lettuce torn up and set on the pizza. We had little ones who were hungry – said his tummy was rumbling and couldn’t deal with getting things fixed so we ate what we could and added our own toppings to the taco from our cupboards. The brisket pizza was great! The cheese bread OK bit taco pizza a waste of our money.

I will NEVER go back. Every single time I order pizza from here it’s NEVER done on time. Also very rare they even get the order right. This time after waiting over an hour (I was told 50 min wait) they hadn’t even started making it. Heaven for bid u call to give me a heads up. RIDICULOUS Don’t even waste your time.

Absolutely brutal at making pizza, buy elsewhere! Over cooked, undercooked, cut, not cut, one huge piece, 3 tiny pieces, all crust, non existent crust. Someone needs to standardize the process or retrain because it’s literally a mystery at what will be wrong when you flip that box open. Sounds like a bunch of complaining but when you pay premium for a pizza you expect a quality product. If I wanted bad pizza I’d call dominos where at least it’s not overpriced.

Second time I’ve ordered pizza from this place and when I show up to pick it up, they don’t have a care in the world and say they never received the order. Tonight, there were 3 other people there at the same time with the same issue. Much better service elsewhere!
