We were riding through the area on a motorcycle, when the weather turned threatening. These employees welcomed us into the store to wait out the storm. We were there for an hour and a half! At least two tornados touched down in the area. They were even so kind as to bring a chair out from the back for me to sit. Thank you to those thoughtful and kind employees.

The lady that was working at the time I was there probably around 12:30 pm gave my uncle and I a judgemental look when we wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes. It was very rude because she gave the look as if I wasn’t old enough to buy a pack. Like you don’t have to be rude!!

Minus five stars these guys didn’t let me use the restroom because they had a truck that they were offloading I don’t know about you but I would make my customer priority not my material or my inventory that I’m receiving for my store if I have a customer who needs to use the restroom really bad and who’s about to pee himself I will let that customer use the restroom this store has no customer service management sucks and inexcusable for Casey’s stores that’s why I go to Kum & go.
