This is absolutely the worse Casey’s in existence. The pizza is never ready on time. The fountain drink machines never have ice. Just now all the machines were without ice, the icee machines not working. It’s pathetic. They desperately need new leadership. We drive out of our way to order from other caseys to avoid this location.

I’m not sure why Casey’s allows the app to work for this destination, typically the 25-30 minutes the app says doesn’t give them time to begin making a pizza, let alone cook and box it. 5/6 times over the last year I have ordered pizzas and they haven’t been done on time, they hadn’t started the pizza when I got there, or claimed they didn’t have my order. Employees who make pizzas and the shift manager on duty never attempt to make the delays or miss order correct, then they are some of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever seen in a place of business when there’s an issue. Employees at this place are typically always in over their heads. We love Casey’s pizza, just not this Casey’s. Only use this location in an emergency. To add to this, ice cream machine is always broken down, baked good are always gone, fuel pumps don’t print a receipt.

I paid for extra toppings and it felt like I got less than the original amount… The cooking lady was overworked with no help, and customers were waiting 30 minutes longer for their food than the app told them.

It’s convenient and the staff are mostly friendly. The only gripe I have is that between 6-8am it’s extremely busy. A lot of people are trying to get a quick bite or gas on their way to work. Having both registers open at this time would be extremely helpful.

I always have trouble trying to get fuel at this location. It always says “Insufficient Funds, try lesser amount” which i know is not correct. So I go across the road to the other convenience store and be done fueling in the amount of time it takes Caseys pump to tell me Insufficient funds! This has happened multiple times so I don’t even try to get fuel at Casey’s anymore.

Gas prices this morning were $4.79 mean while in Oskaloosa it is $4.39 a gallon at Casey’s. And in What Cheer, New Sharon and Brooklyn it is $4.50 a gallon. I can’t believe you would price gouge your customers like that in this economy.

Ordered a Pizza online and got a confirmation email. Got there 20 minutes later, we tell them the name and they say we dont have any orders with that name on it and then continued on with their work without asking if we wanted food made or find a solution. Subway got our business. Wish Monte had a few more food options for when we pull into Diamond lake late on Friday’s and don’t want to cook.
