I came in to empty shelves of 1 liter Pepsi’s. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had any in back and he happily went back there and grabbed me one. I was there to pick up my apparently free box top Pizza that I was nicely surprised with when I ordered. I took the order with my husband and went to the park to eat it, the pizza with thin crust and square, not what I ordered. I called Casey’s and spoke with Troy the gentleman who helped me with the pepsi and my pizza. He apologized that it was his fault and offered to remake my pizza immediately. I headed back to the store to pick up the pizza and my husband went in and Troy handed him a coupon and apologized again. Although they did not get our order right initially, they made it right immediately. I was impressed with his customer service and think that you have found a good employee in Troy. My husband feels he would make a fine manager if he’s not one already.

Went late night for pizza and it was horrible! I never complain but whoever made our pizza late at night was barely any sauce,toppings,cut wrong,and wasn’t cooked right! I ordered a large supreme with no olives. I didn’t call in but wanted to. They better get there stuff right cuz quick star becoming available sometime this year they could lose a lot of business!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We never order from this Casey’s due to the terrible food, but tonight, we wanted wings and the other Casey’s in town is out of wings. So we decided to give it a try again. Such a wrong decision! We ordered taco pizza, wings, and cheese bread at 6:14. We were told 30 minutes. My husband got there at 6:30, got back home by 6:40. The wings and cheese bread appeared to have been sitting out and were very cold. The taco pizza had more refried beans on it than anything we have ever had. It looked like it was sitting out waiting for someone to order it and then doctored up with fresh lettuce and chips, which were still very cold when they got here (so you could tell the pizza was not even warm when they was put on. The box wasn’t warm at all when it got here. 🙁 How very disappointing. I can honestly say, we will NEVER order from there again. If this were our first time ever having Casey’s taco pizza, we would never order it again either.

Ordered the May 4th special …meatlovers and cheesy bread sticks and marinara. Pizza dough wasn’t cooked all the way through and didn’t listen to order of no hot sausage and didn’t receive the marinara sauce.

If i had the option here i would give this a half a star, the reason why i say that is because they dont treat there customers all that well for one, for 2 i was in there one day and heard on employee threaten another and the manager on duty didnt do anything about it. The pizzas are never cooked all the way i have had a few pizza that i had to put on a pizza pan and cook it the rest of the way at my house.

I live near here and EVERY time I get a pizza it is the best. I dont order from 1st st anymore. However, the blond cashier that I buy stuff from, needs to see an ID EVERY SINGLE TIME. That’s annoying as all get out.
