This location has the best employee’s they are never rude and they go above and beyond to be helpful! I work right across the street so I have experienced the morning shift and night shift. They are all great!! I sincerely hope these employees are making the money they deserve.

Just ordered a pizza for takeout here and I am not impressed….I usually love Casey’s but tonight the pizza was terrible :/ cheese was not fresh as if it had been sitting out and the pizza was luke warm at best. Crust was also stale and barely any sauce. I normally order from the Clive location but the kitchen was closed today so I had to order here. I wish I could get a refund and I will never return to this location

Love Casey’s pizza, but was VERY disappointed with my experience here. We ordered a online. Not a complicated order. One large cheese pizza and an order of potato bites. It didn’t take long for the order to arrive and the delivery driver was very nice, however, he gave us the wrong order. The potato bites appeared to be right but were labeled as “hot sausage”, which confused us but wasn’t a big deal. Then, we opened the pizza and saw we received a large half pepperoni half sausage pizza. I’m a vegetarian so this wouldn’t work. However, we still weren’t upset, and tried to call the store to fix the mistake. We called over 15 times and never got an answer. Sometimes there was a busy signal, but it usually rang for a minute and eventually hung up. We called the number they provided in the confirmation email, so the number should have been correct. This would have been an easy fix had someone simply answered the phone. Very disappointed, won’t order again.

Estimated delivery times was 5:23. With no tracking option I called the location at 5:40 to get an update. When I said I was calling to check on my order I was met with, “what do you want to know?” and then a deep sigh of annoyance as I explained I just wanted an update due to the delivery being later than estimated. She told me they had left 10 mins ago and then promptly hung up on me. Won’t be giving this Caseys location my business ever again. It really doesn’t take much effort to be polite to your paying customer when they’re being courteous to you. The driver on the other hand was quite friendly.

Ordered breakfast pizza at 7.10 am. Said finished at 7.40 am. Got there 10 min early,checked in. Waited until 8 after watching 25 people go in and out. Went in to pick up my contactless order to see cashier reading paper with no other people in store. They looked right at me 3 times while I was in front of main windows. I have 3 littles so really preferred to do contactless. Thanks for that though. Ps. I’m the one who tips every time for curbside
